The big investors haven't lost faith in Sky Mavis. I haven't lost faith either. That doesn't mean that i will not be shorting AXS or accumulating even more RON and SLP at this market dip. If there is one game that will bounce back even stronger that is Axie Infinity.

What actually is their reason for delaying burning mechs so much that they risk losing their players and still don't do anything to help burn slp AT ALL . I suspect they are being pressured by outside interference.
Because you are overlooking the game aspect. Season 21 (v2) is live till june 24th as of now the rewards are halted if i recall correctly. After june 24th they will release origin (v3) from alpha stage resume slp rewards but with massive burn mechanisms for rune crafting and breeding.
Boring or exciting #1 play to earn game on the planet so far. Takes the hits and keeps on going.. Would you take the chance to invest now and become wealthy when it pumps? ⚡💯💫

Paul Barron, take your investment out of axie infinity. People only came for the earning aspect of the game. Majority of players in the Philippines are just waiting for the tokens to appreciate and get out of this game. Managers are having a hard time looking for scholars, many have sold their axies. We've been patient of their blunders (high cost of entry, server problems, unfair nerfing, token depreciation, rigged and unfair arena crits and card dealings, Ronin hack etc.). We were never happy about this game. It never was a fun game. It is regretfully a stressful game instead.

The big challenge for every play to earn game is having a balanced economy. It’s impressive how axie could pull this out for so long. It’s sad to see pegaxy sinking. In the flip side, It’s exciting to see new comments as ninneko with such a great quality.
