I bought a book of beginners classical music on piano, and this was the first song in the book. But they never mention the original Beats per minute. So I am playing the piano and wondering if I am getting it right, I look it up in this is what I find. Those son of beeshs screwed me over!
@@rubyrose5604 ok then, I understand how you feel now, so this spacific piece might be a bit daunting, since to you it might look like ants crawling on ur music sheet because of the 16ths, dynamics (i hate those more than anything tbh since i can't control sound for sh**), and the tempo being 152 bpm. but give it some time, some practice and you might breeze through it in no time. to help out. Most of the piece is just A minor, D minor scales, and A minor inversions jam packed in for the purpose to sound gud and fast. Trust me on this, slow it down to something like Adagio (60 bpm), and go faster when ur used to the tempo until you reach 152 bpm. Not to brag, but I learned this piece for a few days. Maybe it's because I've been here for about 6-7 years or practice. Might be the second option. Practice as much as you can Ruby. In the long run, practice is what counts, not looking cool. I hope that you become an absolute champion at piano. Keep on going. -Blanky
I found this in an old Benard Wagness piano book, and thought I'd look on youtube to see if I could find it. I'm happy I found it. Fantastic little piece.
hellooo.. fellow 11 yr old pianist here! im glad i can do this piece up to tempo (152 bpm). to other pianists who are struggling a bit with the speed, you got this. use a metronome and start slow, and gradually get faster each time you’ve mastered the slow tempos. *you got this.*
I dropped piano after I didn’t have a teacher anymore I thought that I could never play the piano but I encouraged my self to play it and now I’m learning this song and now learning the clarinet I’m so happy I didn’t give up ☺️
@@sofiakitekarhow far did you get? Do you have any knowledge of music theory? I would just get an ABRSM music theory grade 1 book if not and learn that, and just also work towards ABRSM piano grade 1, even if you wont take either exams. I would also pay attention to your form, dont invert your knuckles, dont be too tight in your wrist, and be comfortable. And just grind practicing.

You know I learnt for five years piano until I was 11 and I gave up thinking it sucked ... and here I am looking for a new song after having learnt the entertainer and rondo a la turca, last years so you can still learn just find a piano(well yeah it's hard) and if you want you can!
Wow, I started piano lessons when I was 10, quit when I was 12, and am now starting piano lessons again and I am 14. Honestly, I want to regain my skills back, and I have no clue how old you are, you are probably much older than me, but you all should try again if it is a skill that you want back.

play it slowly at the start, with metronome preferably(while starting out, as you get more advanced, you don't necessarily need the metronome), and it'll become much easier. Just increase the tempo incrementally, and make sure that you can play the piece well at one tempo before going any higher. This is a very easy piece, however, if you're just starting out, then this probably shouldn't be one of your first pieces. And also, practicing scales would help make those runs smoother.
Aw come-on, why we no get to see the performance? It was performed very well. I am in my Volume 17 Easy Classics to Moderns music book and followed along as you played. 😎

It's actually pretty easy It's an etude for beginners and is part of burgmüller op. 100 which is a collection of 25 etudes which are short pieces to work on a technique and this is one of the easiest ones in the collection but they're all for beginners
Eliza Gaia F. Not rly though, it looks overwhelming at first but when you slow it down, it’s pretty ez. It’s mostly scales of A minor and D minor. I learned almost the entire piece in a day, it’s that ez. I’m just trying to say that this piece is like every shooting/fighting game out there. It might look hard but once you’ve got the controls and techniques down, it’s kind of ez. Not to brag, if it looked that way then sorry. I’m just trying to encourage you, that’s my intention.

G major doesn’t have a g sharp

In the B section, it actually shifted to A harmonic minor because of the G#
