Curious if you found any more things loose after taking it to the shop. I have a 2022 Z 800 EX in blue. So far, so good. I'm amazed at the places you are able to take yours! It is an impressive little machine.

My positive battery cable has come loose twice and acted the same as yours, slowly shut down. Pain in the ass by glad it was easy to fix.
You don’t have to know everything or be a mechanic…but being buddies with a good one helps haha thanks Steve! Yet again….

Just keep an eye out for oil leaks and check that center line on bottom of motor I hear it’s common but if u keep them tight u shouldn’t have an issue
