My youngest daughter had a summer job at the local zoo. One day she came home and collapsed on the sofa exhausted. I asked her what happened and she said a prairie dog got lose at the zoo and she spent the last 4 hours trying to catch it ! Apparently they are evasive little creatures 😂

the last time I heard that yahoo was in 2005 when a super villain bent on destruction smashed the bridge that my mother was driving over whilst I was in the passenger seat, as we plummeted to the North Saskatchewan river below, big ounce grabbed our car by the bumper while his feet grasped the bridge above, allowing us to climb free.

Cute but here’s a lasagna recipe!
Tbsp olive oil
1 package spicy Italian sausage (16 oz.)
1 onion
4 -5 cans tomato sauce (15 oz. cans)
1 can tomato paste (4 oz. can
6-8 leaves fresh basil
3-4 baby carrots (grated using smallest fitting on grater)
salt
2 Tbsp sugar
Besciamella (White) Sauce
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 cup milk
a pinch or two of nutmeg
Remaining
oven ready lasagna noodles (9 oz.)
parmesan cheese
mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Red Sauce
Put a deep pot over medium heat
Dice onion and if you have cased Italian sausages, remove from casing
Add olive oil to pot and then add diced onion and ground sausage
Cook until sausage is browned and then add tomato paste and mix well
After letting pot mixture simmer for a few minutes add tomato sauce, carrot, and basil leaves
Let simmer on low heat for AT LEAST 2 HOURS
Add salt to taste, and then add sugar to balance the acidity
Besciamella (White) Sauce
Put a sauce pan over medium heat
Melt the butter, add flour and stir together
Add milk and the nutmeg stirring constantly until sauce as thickened nicely. DON’T ALLOW TO BOIL!
Remove from heat once thickened and uniform
Remaining
Preheat oven to 350°F
In a 13 x 9 glass pan thinly layer the bottom of the pan with the red sauce
Then layer the (layer A) noodles and then add another layer of red sauce on top of noodles followed by a layer of parmesan and mozzarella cheese
(layer B) Add another layer of noodle, then layer the white sauce followed by a parmesan layer
Repeat “layer A”
Repeat “layer B”
Repeat “layer A”
This should leave you with 3 layer A’s and two layer B’s
Cover pan with aluminum foil and place in oven for 30-40 minutes and cheese is melted on top
Serve and enjoy!

They are amazingly easy to tame . I caught one with a string snare once ,tied the string around his torso , kept dragging him behind me while i was working . About a hour he was leash trained, would sit on the toe of my boot and eat chunks of cookie

@@ovgem in the same way that training a dog , horse or cow might be . It never got hurt , I had the string in a hard knot instead of a slip knot , never walked faster than he would be able to follow . Lots of people treat their spouse a lot worse , and claim it's not abuse
@@outinthesticks1035 spousal abuse and animal abuse are two different things. doesn't sound as bad as i pictured, but tying up a wild animal and walking it around still sounds cruel.

LMFAO are you butt hurt that I live in the mid west and the prairie dogs here are cannibalistic, plague infested pests, that are an incredible detriment to our livestock.
