Not really. You can have excellent credit like I do (835 credit score) but what creditors really look at, is your DTI (debt-to-income) ratio. THAT is what makes or breaks you.

The way I see this is every county government at the same raised the price of houses for more taxation. Then the insurance companies raised their rates. Then add in the Airbnb and Verbo houses and there are less houses to rent or buy with prices working people cannot afford. Why did the county governments do this? What play book are they using? Floridas been having a huge homeless crisis for a long time most people didn’t get to see it because we have so so much wooded areas and that’s where they been living but now it has come into plain view and it’s bad. But this has been a big problem. Also sex offenders lots of them living in the woods. Florida has crazy amounts of sex offenders . But you barely see anything about it on the news . No one’s talking about it. I also noticed that not all crimes are being reported someone told me it’s because they want to keep people moving here And for tourism. And it’s the truth. They aren’t reporting all the crime. Get your car broken into they tell you basically too bad. They don’t even bother with fingerprints or checking neighbors surveillance they really don’t give a crap.

WORKFORCE Inc. where they have plugs with 90% of the State's Companies as well, and they starting pay is not to great since Florida State is conveniently the state with the least progression in regards to income increases in comparison to the rest of USA states...the clowns rules on pretty much everything in their playing board....no wonder why the Ex Florida Governor Rick Scott aka "Ricky Fraud" has managed to position himself inside the Whitehouse, that way Florida keep doing their flavored fraudulent crimes and taking from the top governments money and the state is flooded with homeless people who are in the streets, when 99% of those homeless people are registered as "Disabled" by the SS department in the state but gets no payments and no housing,... now explain that to me,...yeah !!!!!;;;;;;;;;;;;!!!¡!!!!!!!

Hold people accountable for their actions and it will lead them in the right direction. Last year we started seeing this in our city but our local police put a stop to it. Put up no loitering, no littering and no camping overnight signs up and let the police do their job. There are shelters and food banks that will help but you have to stay clean in order to continue to receive it.
