I had a rhinoplasty procedure done, and it didn’t work out so well, it’s actually bigger now than before the procedure. I guess it wasn’t in the cards for me to have a normal nose, I won’t go through another operation..

Nosejob increases " confidence" but the main problems with rhino plasty/ nosejob .. In all cases it always almost completely changes; 1. Physical appearance 2. Voice ( which I value so much , I want it to remain natural) 3. Your natural way of showing facial expressions.

its only been 2 months recovery, usually when people have rhinoplasties or plastic surgery in general, they cant smile too much or it may hurt. also its easier to not smile so you can perfectly see the results of the rhinoplasty. besides, its not like you HAVE to express satisfaction using your smile.
