What the hell is going on in the land of rising sun that so many fantastic all-women metal bands are coming froml there? There must be something special in this country. :)
About 10 years ago, RockSmith came out. It was very big in Japan and there was a flood of videos of 11 year old girls shredding face on guitar.
Guess they grew up.

Near as I can tell, a little over a decade ago a band called Destrose bloomed. Then it exploded, and again, and the shrapnel kept forming pretty much any major all woman band I can think of.

It seems like now more than ever all girl japanese rock/metal are booming. This pleases me.

I discovered this band by accident while listening to some j-metal playlist. Best accident that has ever happened to me :D
Check out the song Ignite. The former guitarist on the left. She is amazing. She wrote most everything. Also the song Remedy. Is all English to. Her guitarwork is amazing. But check out the lead on Traces of Tears. Also in English. She WAS Bridear. I like the new stuff though.
The red guitar she plays on pretty much both previous albums , her father built. He's a master builder. I think her name is Misa.
yeah it came up for me right after the new Cy8er MV (which was underwhelming imho) quite a contrast! this is great. reminds me of Band-Maid.

Misa is not here. She left almost two years ago. Two guitar players and drummer left. This is basically a new Bridear.

So this is basically a new band. With the exception of the bassist and vocalist. That would be scary if you want a certain sound. But the new guitarists are very competent. They may not sound the same as the original guitarists. What matters is if you're good or not good. They are very good. They provide a very solid sound. The drummer is amazing also. I was a fan of the original line up so, it will take me some time to, you know...... But I do like them.
But what is really scary is when you change drummers. That is really scary. Because drummers are all different. So this is a big change for Bridear. Yikes one of my favorite bands. But the drummer is amazing. Sooooo.

She was in a band called TELECiDE. I have been a fan since that time. I'm glad you all praised her. Thank you.

I heard this song early in my Bridear exploration and it didn't stand out as much as some others, but I've been coming back to it more now. It's really catchy with a cool main riff and breakdown. I also love the accents in the chorus and the whole outro with the half-time feel and triplet ending.
