Haven't dealt with unvented cylinders yet but brilliant video
Hi, How to lower the temperature of thermostat ?
Great
Thank you for uploading
Please where is water water from tundish suppose to end in. Recently the water was leaking through the roof of my living room. The plumber resolved it but said the water was from turndish. Is there not suppose to be outlet for the discharged water?
It’s supposed to lead outside the property
It should discharge into the drainage
If you click the link in the description then that one works. The one in the video doesn't work for me too.
This is a great video! The link to the PDF has broken again. Can you please update it?
Tundish design is disgraceful, water tracks down the outside of most I've tested. Come on designers have a bit of pride in your work!
This is exactly my problem!
My problem too. Damn!
Same is happening to my tank
I found it so scary when it happened to me!!
Just FYI, your PDF link seems to be broken. "The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred."
Thank you for letting us know! The link has been fixed so you should now be able to download our diagnostic chart.

Link not working
The link seems to be working here, i'd suggest using Google Chrome on your computer / mobile device if you have any issues.
Ill stick with my vented system far less complicated
Damn i have noticed a dripping on my system, saw water outside the property , then could see a drip into the Tundish... When we run hot water it stops... This is happening during the Covid-19 situation so plumbers on stop
Same here! Sods law
