I love the fact that you two didn't want to bother the other patrons of Monsier Paul - unlike some other vloggers who would just take over the space. You two are "good guests".
Agree 100% - so many vloggers especially entitled livestreamers don’t realize that they ruining experiences for normal people
I agree 💯%
I really appreciate in general how they always make a point to be considerate to other park guests and model good behaviour.
Are you guys going to be at the after hours party next week? Would love a photo!
Came to say the same thing! I am SO digging this cozy vibe.
Today was the day that Alan learned Molly can't say "exquisite" 🤣🤣
❤️❤️❤️
😊or pronounce Monsieur correctly.
😂😂😂
I can’t believe you spent the whole video pronouncing “Monsieur” incorrectly, lol.
Oh and time for new nails.
Otherwise, great overview of the meal.
In running speech, we don't aspirate the/t/, so you're both right.... Er... Wrong.😂 It's more like "exquisih-" in conversation. Just like how most Americans pronounce "visit."
No blame to Molly. Sometimes words are hard!!!!
I really like this format for food reviews. You can go into more detail without disturbing others. As a vegetarian, and I've seen the reviews of the plant based meal not my thing until they make a better main veggie option. This is on my bucket list though.
Just looked up and I agree, they need a more appealing veggie menu! I would totally love this!
Agreed, as a vegan their options are sparce, the ambiance is 4*.
@@SandraLovesRoses They have ratatouille at Chefs de France! I wouldn't have expected Ratatouille here since it was traditionally a food for the peasants.
Don’t know why but Disneyland resort is leaps and bounds ahead of WDW when it comes to plant based options at quick and full service. Had amazing plant based options at DCA a few weeks ago and not just impossible burgers but really good different unique and delish items.
Alan is the phonics teacher I never knew I needed.
Not even three minutes in and caught myself thinking "Gosh, I just love them."
This channel is just so easy to enjoy-
Thank you for all of your hard work and sharing your talents with us (especially the annunciation lessons)!
I like this style of video. Some vloggers in the parks and restaurants can talk extremely loud and it can be disruptive to guests around them. Especially if it’s a super nice restaurant like this. You guys are both awesome and I love your food reviews!!
Molly’s reaction when Alan said he wouldn’t do the wine pairing again 🤣 #teamwinepairing
Well I can imagine them stumbling home singing off key after that. I know I would've been
New video style was fun! Not only was it considerate of other guests and staff, but I hope you two were able to enjoy and luxuriate maybe even a little more than you would have if you'd been doing a regular vlog. Glad you enjoyed!
Yes! I also love this format!
Honestly 8 courses for $200 is not bad! Especially since it looked like everything was delicious. Glad y’all had a good experience!
Plus the wine pairing. *And* the fireworks. Pretty good value really
I do like this style, in addition to the regular style. You guys do a great job breaking down the courses and flavor profiles.
This is a restaurant I know nothing about except that my parents have wanted to go for ages lol. It’s amazing getting to hear Molly and Alan’s take on somewhere so special
I’m team Alan, it’s exquisite, 😂. Great video and I do like this concept of talking about this after going. Hope you get to knock V&A off your bucket list!!
he was right
I’m a foodie who would gladly pay for this experience. Thank you for the video and insight, while maintaining the “specialness” needed by not doing a regular Vlog. 😊
i'm living for alan's facial expressions during each course.
I really feel like Alan should do silent films … about food 😂
It was making me a little emotional
A little over acted.
wow so tactful that you guys did the meal this way. Very thoughtful and considerate. Can you come to LA more often and teach the influencers how to be this way??
I loved the way you did this video, it was great getting to hear you walk through your experience and go into detail. My wife and I have officially added this experience to our bucket list! 🙌🏼
I enjoyed this format. I feel like you are more relaxed and able to give details on your review that maybe you wouldn't have been able to elaborate on during the meal itself. The meal looked delicious & I'd love to try it. I'd also like to see other restaurants done in this way as well.
Your videos have been poppin lately and I just adore the duo between Molly & Alan!!!!!
My favorite thing about your dining videos is the “omgggggg eye roll” when you have something delicious 😂 you guys are so considerate and respectful to other guests, way to raise the bar for other influencers!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Great review on this Molly and Alan …I have never seen a review on Monsieur Paul’s before but now it makes me want to try it. This was a nice way to review without disturbing others. Alan’s expressions were priceless 😂 💐
DFB. But not nearly this much fun 😂😂
Edit: I'm starting to live for Alan's reactions 😂😂😂
My kids and I enjoyed the video! My children are of course now convinced we should eat here since y’all did. I have explained that there is no mac&cheese, it would cost more for our family to eat here than what we spend for food in two months and that they can’t sit through a one hour meal, much less 4. 😂 Safe to say you guys are loved in our house!
You guys are a credit to Orlando vloggers. I live in the UK, but have holidayed to Orlando several times, and aspire to one day live there, as I miss it every day. I’ve watched Tim Tracker for many years, and more recently, Paging Mr Morrow (and don’t get me wrong, I love them both and will continue to watch them). But you guys provide the best of both of them - informative but enthusiastic, whilst always keeping your video themes fresh and exiting, so we can see the parks in new ways. Whilst I can’t be in Orlando, your videos provide the essence of happiness we all miss and help to fill the Orlando hole in our hearts! Thank you - you guys are smashing it
I definitely like this style of restaurant review. I like that you can provide commentary freely after the fact, without worrying about disturbing other guests in the moment. Well done!!
Muh - syur. No n in Monsieur. And that's one to grow on.
Alan looks like he is in Food and Wine Heaven! His face, shows the excitement and surprise of how amazing everything is, and it makes my heart so happy!
As a French, I am particularly surprised to see this level of restaurant in a Disney park. Looks delicious and authentically French. It worth the money for sure.
Glad you tasted and shared this experience.
Hopefully you’ll visit France one day, you’ll eat that way everyday 😂🙈
This may be the best ever restaurant review I’ve ever seen! You can tell you both truly appreciate good cuisine! More of these reviews please!
Loved this! I feel the format is perfect for this kind of setting. We went to this location back in the early 2000s. We have talked about the ratatouille and escargot ever since. 🐭🐌
Love this series!! And honestly no matter how you present information I’ll listen! Also Molly, that blue looks gorgeous on you!
I'm ready for Mammoth Club Disneyland Paris videos! And Tokyo Disney /DisneySea! And Wizarding World Warner Bros Studio Tour in London! Hope this channel can take you all over the world cause we wanna see it 🌎 🖤
100% yes to this!!!
Ouiiii
Could listen to Molly and Alan talk about food for hours!! I love the detail that they both give, it's almost like you can get an idea of what they tasted. Love this format for a food review!
Wow! What an incredible dining experience ❤ I am seeing this on our next trip to WDW. My husband and I gave each other that "we're doing this" look several times watching this. Kudos to y'all for being considerate to other diners and not vlogging your meal.👏👏👏 In fact, we rather enjoyed this format for a dining vlog. As always, we sincerely thank y'all for all you do! We appreciate y'all.
My hubby and celebrated our 25th Anniversary Dinner at Monsieur Paul which is a treasured memory for us and the words "Delectable" and "Scrumptious" are the words that come to my mind to describe this wonderful Dining experience!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I really liked this style of video! I felt like we got a two in one. Can’t wait to see where molly, Alan, and max are off to next! Also- read the creative teacup story from start to finish in one sitting and I have to say you guys DESERVE all the happiness and success. Getting to read the back story of how this amazing beautiful thing y’all created came together was so special. Thank you for sharing those stories with us!
I love the way you guys made this video. Most youtubers would just bring a big light attached to an obnoxious camera and spend more time talking about the food than they do enjoying the experience. You definitely opened my eyes to Monsieur Paul, that food looks amazing!
I really loved this style of video! You guys are my favs in part because you are so considerate of other guests and their experiences. It also gives you a chance to really discuss the food and I think it would be a cool way to explain food experiences that might be less familiar to guests to make them more accessible. My vote is for Takumi Tei next!
I really enjoyed this format more than a complete voiceover! Unfortunately, now I really want to eat a $200 dinner. This looked SO good!
I liked this style a lot! The format meant you weren't rushed, and you were able to speak without being too quiet (as I know you would have been tempted to be for courtesy's sake). It felt much more personable than other dining reviews where it's the same B-roll over and over again while someone talks over it. Great job!
Alan’s delight in each course was palpable! 💚 I also try to order things I haven’t had before, or can’t envision making at home. So much fun to have a spirited retrospective discussion rather than a hushed back and forth while eating - Great format. 😃
What a wonderful meal to share with us. Your descriptions are second to none. I appreciate the way you two meld together and make such a perfect team to report your days and events. Woo hoo. Watching the meal made me "feel full". Thank you. 🎉🎶🌞🌻✌️
Absolutely love this format for your food review. Great job and fyi you can actually buy that bottle of brandy with the pear in it and it’s delicious ❤. As a fellow foodie this looks phenomenal and pretty close to what we did at Napa Rose Chefs Table.
It looks amazing! That and Molly's scallops were the things that had me drooling here 🤤🤤
Although everything looked and sounded delicious
I love that you all didn’t want to bother others. I loved this style of video.
Alan’s mug is intense 🤣
Absolutely LOVE the respect you have for other diners & the staff while still being able to share such detailed descriptions and footage of the food and your reactions. It's truly refreshing compared to a lot of other Disney vloggers. Keep up the great work!
Monsieur Paul is definitely bucket list worthy. Also love that you both respected everyone enjoying the meal, so classy 👏
Awesome format! And I didn't even know this restaurant existed! V&A was already bucket list, but this has now been added. A truly exquisite experience.
I don’t understand these fancy restaurants INSIDE the park. Basically the only way you could go is if you have an annual pass or if you could afford a park ticket just to eat a $200 meal (which most people can’t.) Not only is it a time suck if you don’t have the annual pass, but it’d also be a pain to have to bring a change of clothes and shoes since most people are not going to be comfortable in dress clothes and fancy shoes for a rope drop to park close day. They should have special park passes so that you don’t have to pay for a ticket to get to the restaurant or something. It definitely seems like this is just a bonus thing for annual pass holders to do or super rich people which sucks cause I’m neither and will probably never be able to do this 😆
Edit to add: I wrote this before you said it was four hours… ya like I said, way too much of a time suck to require a park ticket on top of it. The price is actually pretty reasonable for what you get. Like you said, it’s not a weekly restaurant or anything, but a big anniversary or something I could totally see doing. What makes it unaffordable is requiring a park ticket on top of that price.
This is SO much better than strictly voice over. So fun! Loved seeing Alan enjoy the fancy food!
So, I have eaten at Monsieur Paul a few years ago, before Covid. I don't remember much. All I remember there was a lot of wine and really good food. Everything you guys said at the end was perfect about the cost and what you are getting into when you go to places like this. It is an experience. The food there is not something you consume to stop your hunger. It is to be experienced, the confluence of flavors and textures, the wine, the whole nine yards. I would recommend to all, if you have the means to do it, to do this kind of meal once in your life. Even if you're not a "foodie", try it. Great video Alan and Molly.
Thank you for a wonderfully executed review of Monsieur Paul. It's a small piece of heaven to peek into worlds I know I'll never experience, in this case due to allergies to too many items. I thought the price was very reasonable for it being in Disney and the entire event was over 4 hours. Very reasonable.
So excited that Monseur Paul has reopened and hope this amazing restaurant is put back on the Dining Plan when it returns!! ✨️💖✨️
I love the format of this review. The way you're able to describe the food items is great as well.
Never heard it with a D
Never.
Can’t say that anymore!
Awe Molly! Sweet sweet Molly! The English teacher in me Loves all the “Mollyisms” Exquisite… I just died! 😂
perfect format for an exquisiTe restaurant experience
You 2 do the best vids, keep up the great work 👍
Such a well done video in both filming and commentary. Your ethics in filming is to be commended and I would say this format was very successful. Great work!
Enjoyed this format, especially since you were relaxed in your delivery voice over and not trying to record in the restaurant. Had an unforgettable 50th birthday meal in V&A, you will love it! Don’t eat the whole day you go!!
Exquisid…. This is the whole Peachy King conversation alll over again 😂💕 glad you got the Disney bucket list item crossed off. Thank you for taking us on this journey with you both.
I spent 0 dollars to watch y'all eat an 8 course meal at monsier paul hey thanks for that
Voice-over audio sounds really intense to me for some reason, so I liked the casualness of the two of you chatting about it. I also really love how you look at each other, so I am always happy to see the two of you on screen together.
I would definitely enjoy this style of video again for future restaurant reviews. I think voice overs are great for a short clip but this was better for an entire video. Please review V&A some time, I'll probably never get to go as it's so expensive but I can experience it through you xx
I enjoyed this format of meal-walkthrough video. Not just for a quiet restaurant, but also in general. Would be nice to see other videos like this, given that it can sometimes be hard to hear you at loud restaurants.
I
loved this video more than any other wdw vlog ever... I even loved it more than Alan's mashed potatoes😂 Keep up the perfect annunciation and accents Molly. ❤🎉❤🎉
My daughter is named after Princess Mia!! One of my absolute favorite movies. I loved this video! Loving this series, it gives me ideas of my own Disney Bucket List. Can't wait to see what's next!
Molly’s face when Alan said, “Wheeeeee!” 😂
But also Team Exquisite with a T
I love this so so much. I would do this in a heart beat. Since I can't right now, I will live vicariously through Molly and Alan on this one! Bon Appetit!
I don't particularly like french food so this wouldn't be a restaurant I would go to but I loved seeing Molly's and Alan's experience. WE can all agree that they are couple goals.
I really like this format! No background noise and also time to gather your thoughts for a more thought out review and more thorough. I would be fine with more videos where you guys just sit and talk as well as the vlogs. Every video you make is so informational and well lit together. Lots of Disney vloggers I watch but your videos are just always the best!
Did I miss Alan’s critique/comment on the lamb chops?? I can’t tell you how much I enjoy watching food videos like the ones y’all do!! Thanks for sharing your experience with us!!💜
thank you for sharing, we had NO idea this was even THERE!!
This was such a fun video format. It's not a restaurant I would personally visit, but I'd love to see this same format with other locations.
This was a GREAT review and the format was respectful to the other dining guests. Thank you for your honesty and your facial expressions said it all! ❤
New series name suggestion: exquisuid games where mam fam visits only the fanciest establishments
Tagline: it’s all peachy king
This was such a respectful way to do this & I like y'all even more for doing it this way. That wine pairing looks like it is well worth the money! ExquisiTe, one could say. 😂
Id watch a series of Disneyland Paris videos from yall! I have a bucket list goal to go to all the parks so more information is never not welcome. Go to France for work then stay for a nice vacation after 😉
Enjoyed this format…you were able to appreciate the experience and the footage was focused on that. The post-meal commentary wasn’t interrupted by the restaurant environment and you were able to add in some fun side convos and hilarious reactions to each other. Look forward to more of these. 👌🏼
I only recently heard about Monsieur Paul when it reopened. I didn't have any interest due to the price point, but I am a foodie so it's now on the birthday bucket list. I relate to Alan when he says he dreams about a dish. Always chasing that dream of finding delectable dream worthy food.
I loved this video and now this is on my Disney Bucket List!!! I was drooling through this video 🤤 ❤
It’s exquisiD!! 😂 great video!
I’ve done MP solo and with friends. It’s a must do for foodies! Love the dynamic between you two. Another fantastic video!!!
Wow- excited to watch this! I went in 2016 for my birthday with my mom and I didn’t remember it being $195 per person. I looked it up and sure enough, at least in 2016, you could order a la carte (entrees were ~$45 or so) or pre fixe, for $89 a person for 3 courses. It seems like now it’s become closer to what V&A restaurant is! I hope you enjoyed your experience and I’m excited to see the V&A review someday soon :)
The lobster salad and chocolate sphere are legendary, in my opinion. I now have a bucket list of fancy Disney World restaurants I need to tick off.
I'm so glad you got to go! Thanks for sharing your experience. I really like how you sat and talked to us--and each other--versus a VO. Great choice for this one.
Also: can we talk about Alan's shirt? Fab shirt.
I never knew I needed to go here until this video 🤤
I can't believe how happy I feel watching this video! Thank you for bringing us along on this experience!!
This was an exceptional bucket list presentation, made even better by being considerate of other guests. The expert photography and video clips still captured all the goodness of that delicious food as well as the expressions on your faces. You two would have made good mimes. I don't like an overload of alcohol either but I think I would be very willing to ask for small pours and a lot of accompanying ice water to hold down the buzz and still get the flavors of those amazing wines. It would have still been worth the price. What a lifetime experience!
I love this format. It seems less hectic and more relaxed.
Molly, I have to agree with Alan and your phone-lady, I pronounce exquisite with a "t" 💚
Love the Mammoth Club sweatshirt!!!
I enjoyed the new format and appreciate your consideration for others.
This video was truly “exquisid” I always look forward to every video you both put out with your reviews!
I enjoy this style of video! Keep em coming! Even on the not so fancy places like your Epcot tour.
I love that you kept the exquisite banter in! I had a good laugh this morning!😆
Loved the pronunciation debates and sorry but it is pronounced exquisite, with a t. Monsieur also has a silent N btw lol
OMW I can’t even get through this entire video…without cracking up! Especially after reading the creative teacup article 😢 so nice to see early Al-ly shot
Love living this through you both. Like that you respected the environment. Like you guys just sitting around talking and debriefing the experience. I wouldn’t eat there. But happy to see other enjoy. I barely have genie + money let alone. Fancy dinner money
Omg it looks amazing there 😍 adding it to my bucket list for sure. I think I'd need an intermission halfway through that meal though! So much food!
I absolutely love your overview, review and format of this vlog. I’ve always wondered about the dining experience here and your vlog covered it all very well. Thanks so much for all Allen and you do. Am loving your channel!!
Great format. I appreciate the fact that you're so thoughtful about other guests' experiences & it also means that you get more time to consider what you want to say. It's all good. Oh and great shirt, Alan. Molly - you're going to have to link to Alan's looks too! ☺
I think this would have to be an experience for an Annual Pass Holder, or maybe for if someone is doing an Epcot After Hours. Because who would want to pay for full park ticket, and spend 4 hours of that time in a restaurant?
Definitely not for most guests - geared towards people who have been many times & want a new experience in our opinion
🥰 I had no idea this restaurant existed!! ❤ Love knowing I can get a dining experience that will compare to Remy or Enchanté without paying for a cruise!!❤🎉
