First Broccoli and Cucumbers! July Harvest in Minnesota

Here are my questions for the comments:
-What is the blue flower growing in my raised bed? I forgot to label it!
-Is it a zucchini or cucumber in the first bed? Should I remove it?
-Will I get more broccoli off this plant, or is it a one-time harvest?
