Thinking of making this for a go-go dancer's fringed dress for Halloween
That was literally so easy and it came out super cute!! 💃 💃💃
It came out really cute and yasss it look way better with the sleeves cut .
Very pretty. I remember my mother had green dress like that in 1940. Evening old is new again🤗
