That cool toned palette is gorgeous! The warm toned palette is pretty too, but there is something about those cool tones. Both looks are stunning, as always! ❤
Yes agree, there is something special about a well done cool toned palette! I just wish the smell wasn’t so strong! The quality of both pallets are amazing but i may return them due to the heavy fragrance 😤!

It is a shame! No I don’t think it will get better over time 😞! If someone is not sensitive to strong odors then these palettes are great!

Thanks Gwendolyn 😘! I love the quality and color story of both these palettes, I just can’t get passed the smell. If you are not sensitive to odor these will probably be great for you! But that’s a good idea to smell it in store, that’s what I’m going to do with too faced pallets moving forward! 😜
I know what you mean about the scent in anything! I hate it (migraines)😢. Thank you for highlighting the smell. I love the cool one but I don’t want the headache. I get the same feeling about the blush from benefit. Yuk!! But I love the blush so much. I also can’t stand glitter in eyeshadow because it gets in my contacts and destroys them. So I really appreciate when you point this stuff out. You look stunning ❤
Oh gosh yes Benefit is another offender with strong odors in their makeup! And I agree with you, they have lovely blushes! I often get makeup in my eyes, occupational hazard 🤪! Thanks for your comment! Many people feel the same way as we do! Leave the fragrance to the perfume companies! 🙅♀️🙅🙅♂️
I just got the cold smolder nudes and I will agree with you on the smell. I was not expecting that at all!! It smells like old lady perfume to me. This is not good when I have a migraine. I may return it but it's so darn pretty!!!
Hello there 🤗! Yes! That’s the smell! I absolutely loved both palettes but the smell was so overpowering! I kept getting whiffs throughout the day. Sadly, I did return them 😖! But your right, it’s so pretty! I highly recommend to anyone who isn’t sensitive to strong odor!
Beautiful look the cool tone reminds me of Essence's mini taupe palette. I am sure the quality is not the same. I am the same and do not want perfume up around my face. I would be sneezing all day😂
Hey Patricia 🤗! Thank you! Yes your right, I don’t have the Essence one but that might be a good alternative! And it probably doesn’t stink like the too faced ones 😜!
I bought the cool tones palette. Used it this morning after watching your video, paying attention to the smell. I didn't notice any smell, even Too Faced normal smells. And I am pretty aware of scents in makeup. I even asked my husband if he smelled anything. He said he didn't smell anything either. Maybe yours was in a random shipping container with something else that either leaked or was heavily scented?
Hi Jentilla 💕! Huh that’s so interesting. I’m glad yours didn’t smell! Perhaps your right, maybe mine had a something spill on it. I actually returned them and the girl behind the counter agreed it was a heavy perfume smell. I’m going to see if Ulta/Sephora has them In store(I bought mine online)so I can smell it. If no odor then I have no problem buying them again! Honestly, i thought the quality was great and I loved the formula and how my looks came out! Thanks for your comment😃!

@@carrielarae I love the palette! So much I went and purchased the warm one. I opened the warm one and again really paid attention to the smell. I did pick up a faint smell, although again to me it was very mild. I don't think I would have even smelled anything had I not really paid attention. To me it smells little like old fashioned Jergen's hand soap? I love the warm one too! Just easy palettes with color stories that just work!

I agree with you about the scent in makeup! I can’t stand it either! Why do they do it? That’s a shame bc you really like these palettes and the formula! Your eyes came out gorgeous!
Thank you! Agreed, fragrance/perfumes should not be in makeup. I know some people don’t mind but I’m sensitive and so are many others!

Why do the small palettes have a scent to them? The bigger palettes do not.
They made a second born this way called Sunset Stipped it has a scent. Like suntan lotion or something, second you open it whoosh!
Good question! I wish they would stop. Ah oh well, next time I’ll wait on any too faced palette till it comes in the store so I can smell it before it buy it. 🤪
I don’t have sunset stripped but a sunscreen odor doesn’t seem too bad but still wish they would cut all fragrances out!

Hi Diana💕! Just imagine a strong perfume smell that is not flattering like those cheap knockoffs from Walmart or Dollar Tree. Ugh terrible! But I’m sensitive so the average person who wears perfume probably wouldn’t skip a beat. The next time your in Ulta or Sephora give it good whiff 😎
