When she was living in China she used to do a lot of competitions. Since she came in America, she never did, only focusing on extending her repertoire and replacing stars who were cancelling a concert, for the happiness of the audiences

Great to hear child prodigy ? Did she chose to play piano from 2 years old or her parents have decided for her? Does she enjoy playing or she have to do? Im interested to read your answer.
She did not even try to play a piano until she was six and a half! She liked the sound and decided to learn it properly. She could play the piece above after only 3 years tuition !!!
And the craziest part is... she rages when someone says that her parents forced her to Play. She practices on her own...her parents never forced her to....
How many children are going to come out of the cruel Chinese home schooling system sounding like robots? This girl doesn't, she feels it in her bones...
Juniper Wood Green you should have a good look at what you called cruel Chinese home schooling now, especially in those big cities. Don’t be that condescending

According to Yuja Wang her mother wanted her to be a dancer like herself but Yuja chose to play the piano. She started at age 6. I suspect anyway she's quite happy to be a world class classical musician. No need to imagine things.
Having displayed to the world the acuity of your hearing, would you now count for us the total number of notes in the whole piece, so that we can put this heinous crime into some kind of perspective?
I thought i‘d hate accordion…and right now i‘m crying. What an amazing rendition. Wahnsinn!!

Fantastic for any age👍👏🏼🎼
Dat sense of rhythm and tempo...
Such a consistently accurate technique is more than amazing! Fantastic!
Great Interpretation. Great Tempo. A lot are actually playing it like it’s Vivace. It’s Allegro Vivace (Still Allegro but a bit faster).
It starts at 1:45
Wonderful…..precision with playful voicing…so young, yet polished….a fashionista already, too 😂😂😂

among the enthusiasts of pianism, as elsewhere, there are sometimes angry-envious idiots. alas
1:54 wrong note. She played F but it should be E
ruined the whole performance, didn't it?
Ha, ha! You win!

No master can play long without a wrong note. Here or there, different each time. Like not every sports man score full points in Olympic.
