Pentatonix is the leader of the modern acapella music movement, since 2011, when they won the Sing Off. They do covers, they do originals, there is so much for you to listen to. Also, pay attention to the members. If the recording is 2017 or earlier, their original bass will be there (Avi Caplan), if the video is after 2017, the bass will be Matt Sallee. That has been their only change since 2011, don't let anyone tell you that there have been other changes in the group, it isn't true.
You should definitely watch their video of them covering "O Come All Ye Faithful". I think you would absolutely LOVE their version of that song. It's one of my favorites!
They’ve done “I’ve just called to say I love you” by Stevie Wonder, its beautiful, they have a video and they also preformed it live on Ellen if you want to experience them live:-) They also performed Joyful, Joyful from sister act at there Christmas concert, it was recorded by their ppl, that’s amazing one to watch to-a lot of jazz l, soul and joyful noise. They also recorded a song during Covid w/an African band and fussed Joy to the world, w/a African chant and a song (Scott, tall blonde, Matt, the Bass on the left & Kevin, the beatboxer on the left) their is only a recording to listen to for the Christmas around the world album-they also have a moving Amazing Grace version. They filmed that whole concert in Louisville, KY. I was there & since I was right in front, I am in multiple shots! Lol! It was amazing! I never miss their Christmas concerts & always get front or second row seats. They bring me pure joy!

Wow. At 72 years old, I was around when Sound of Silence first came out. IIRC, it was number 1 for 8 months. People just loved it. I have often thought that no one could do justice to Simon and Garfunkle's rendering of this song. I was wrong. Pentatonix, you did a marvelous job. You did justice to the original, while making it your own. I love it.

I'd suggest Amazing Grace, or going back to their original line-up (group formed in 2011 for the competition show The Sing-Off) with bass Avi Kaplan (instead of Matt Sallee, seen here in the white jacket), Halleujah or Daft Punk medley.

Really? This song has been a classic done by Simon & Garfunkel in 1964. PTX is the Platinum standard of acapella. Do "Hallelujah", "the prayer" or "Shallow" where Kevin celloboxes and I'll subscribe.
