That's Sara screaming but that's just Boyd dreaming. There's no blood on his shirt in that Scene. The body in the cart is Reggie, you can see the bottom of the shoes in season 2 episode 10.
Jim hanging upside down was a callback to the RV having flipped in the first episode. In Tabitha's lighthouse dream, Jim drops down and his mouth opens but instead of a scream, the RV's horn blares.
That was a hint that Tabitha was in a coma or something- and remember that she had hit her head in the crash.

In the cart is Tabitha. Screaming is Fatima. I really sure! Imagine the twist it would cause for them to find Tabithas body even though we seen her "get out".expect it the showrunners keep us on edge with the questions

I can't wait until the show returns! This is one of the few shows I am excited about. The screams sound like Sarah.

It doesn't matter that the entities heard Boyd during the day. That's not new information. We already know they're being watched all the time, the monsters know what's going on in the town regardless of what time of day it is. If the monsters are sleeping during the day, there must be either a part of them that's aware, or something that communicates with them.
The monsters communicated with Sara (by scratching her arm etc during the day).
Tabitha was nearly crushed when she was digging the hole, during the day.
& the voice on the radio that said she shouldn't be digging the hole (also during the day) was PROBABLY that cowboy-monster who's doing all the talking in the clip.
Sounds like Sara screaming. At first I thought it was Fatima, but now I'm convinced it's Sara.
I'm kinda hoping the dead body is Kristi's girlfriend. But only because I feel like she's a bit of a safety risk anyway.

I rewatched the last episode from season 2. A bunch of people are wearing shoes with white bottoms, including Tabitha. So I have no idea who is in the wagon Jade and Boyd are pulling.

It's my opinion that the sound of a woman screaming with Boyd tied to a pole is the sound of his daughter-in-law. His encouraging words while she cried pierced the atmosphere, almost like a mother watching her baby being taken from her arms. It also reminds me of a slave auction where mothers and children were once separated by monsters

That's what I've been saying, they like to mislead people in promos. It could be dream. Exactly. I'll point to another recent one. The fallout series. They told everyone that people were chasing some kind of device and they showed a silver case in the promos. Everyone assumes it was a geck. If you play the game, you know what that is. Then I never even saw a silver case in the series. Hahahaha and a geck wasn't the device. That like to mislead in promos. But the sneaker they showed on the wagon. Doesn't that show look awful damn white? But that looked like an older foot. I thought they might be misleading in that scene. But you probably right. I believe if that s ene is actual, it's a woman. Probably Donna or Kenny's mom. Probably Kenny's mom. Looks like her style shoe. I know Tabitha wears those kinds of shoes. But that shoe looks like a new shoe. Think about that. Now, pay attention in the show. They all wear old looking shoes. I've been watching it all day looking for those shoes and so far the closest I have seen are the ones on my feet. Hahahaha those shoes look awful new..
