    I lost over $70k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Natalie Strayer.

      The very first time we tried, we invested $2000 and after a week, we received $9500. That really helped us a lot to pay up our bills.

      After I raised up to 125k trading with her I bought a new House and a car here in the states also paid for my son's surgery

    Good work, your the first dude with this attitude I've noticed on this platform.
    I got two joints, one mortgage about fourteen years ago.
    Rates were insignificant then.
    Then and still the plan was to live in one and gain a little financial help through rent from the other.
    Had I not bit the bullet a long time ago I would not have been doing so well.
    Interest rates rise and fall over time.
    It's from watching that movie, if you build it they will come has been my attitude ever since.
    Might win, might lose?
    Just have a crack!
    Chew like crazy if necessary!! 💪💯

    i was crunching the numbers to see if its worth while to invest into a rental. With today's interest rate and rental return. it seems a bad idea to be investing when everything is high. Rent seems high, but it's not when compared as a percentage of the purchase price. Since most average aussies have missed the boat in regards to capital growth, isn't it smarter to just save up and wait for another downturn? Or is there overwhelming evidence that there will be 10% growth yearly for the next 5 years?

    I'm looking to expand next year. I'm not sure it will be in Australia though. This place is going to the dogs. I already have about $4mill of property here. Time to leave
