Kobe called Kevin Garnet after he went to Boston and asked y didn't u come to LA Kobe called Dirk when he was a free agent and dirk declined Kobe wanted the Lakers to trade Andrew Bynum for Jason kidd but of course nobody wants to talk about that

To answer your question: Elie has every right to talk any shit he wants about superteams because he won and contributed on a championship team with truly only one superstar and then participated on contenders in the following years that attempted the creation of a superteam with three top 50 of all time players. So yeah; having to play with Barkley, Olajuwon, and Drexler and have their needs as a player be met whilst losing after winning gives him every right to talk a little shit about the legitimacy of a superteam ring.

They don't bring up Dwight in 09' because it would put Kobe firmly over Lebron and it's easier to bury Dwight based on his failures in Houston and LA.

@@keithmitchell8372 Hakeem and Clyde played with each other in Houston in college and came one win short of a championship together; in Houston...They were hometown favorites and The Rockets were suffering from the pressures of defending their title, already being heavily scrutinized by the "but Jordan's retired" crowd. They needed a locker room shake up and unfortunately trading OT was that shakeup leaving a hole at the four they were hoping Horry could fill eventually which is why he transformed from a slashing 3 to a 4 with stretchability the next year. Saying a fat ass Barkley, uninterested Pippen, and past his prime Hakeem was some sort of superteam whilst simultaneously using the word delusional to defend your media puppet is probably the dumbest shit I've ever read on the internet.

@@keithmitchell8372 they weren't calling to team up. LOL The Blazers traded him to Houston because they forced a rebuild by trading other veterans like duckworth away and drexler didn't want to do that or he would have stayed in portland. He chose the marginally competitive Rockets because they were his hometown, it just luckily worked out for him because the 6th seed houston ran the table.
Pippen did not request Houston and neither did barkley. Barkley preferred to compete in Phoenix but with the team falling apart due to injuries and retirements he asked to just be traded, he did not specify Houston specifically. Houston traded for him to sure up the power forward position that cost them in 96 vs seattle and kemp. He was a lot like lebron in whining about the lack of help the front office got him in phoenix though which is ultimately what keeps him out of a top 10 spot and the discussion for best PF ever (somehow doesn't affect lebron though). Pippen just wanted to be paid and out from under Jerry Krause. It just so happened that Clyde had retired and Houston was looking to replace him. Barkley took a pay cut so pippen could be paid what he wanted and he was sent there. He was a poor fit there and pippen again requested a trade and was sent to the Jail Blazers.
your point has basically no basis. the first premeditated team up well in advance were the miami heat when bosh, lebron and wade discussed it at the 2008 olympics, lebron changed his jersey number a year in advance (since 23 was retired for jordan in miami thanks to pat riley) and then when the cavs inevitably failed the heat had all the cap space they need to sign the 3 stars.

Lebron is the definition of a quitter. When the going gets tough, lebron gets going. He will join whatever team has the most stars to give him the best chance to stat pad and catch Jordan’s ring count. Its like playing 2k but turning up the sliders

And it wasn't because he is an uneducated idiot who is always in page 2 of every book ge carries around and it didn't have to do with money.

@@RobertLawrence-vg2to Dude, Hakeem already won without Clyde and Clyde was entering retirement. Barkley and Scottie were already at the end of their careers. Jordan didn't get ANYONE, the front office did their thing. LeBum in his primes started super team in Miami, and then went to Cleveland when they had 3 first round picks, LeBum only player in top ten all time to stack his team- Shaq left because Orlando didn't want to pay him and plus we didnt know about Kobe, and Wilt left Philly because of racism and L.A. was gonna pay him record breaking money. So all of you need to stop defending LeBron when he needed to go to a super team because he was desperate and insecure...
