    నీ కీసల పైసలుంటే జూబిలీ హిల్స్ లో కొనుక్కో, గీ మూసీ పక్కకు కూడా సామాన్యులు కొనుక్కొనే పరిస్థితి లేకుండా ఎందుకు చేస్తున్నారు.

    Hyderabad will be the worst area to be in India in coming 5-7 years. I had born n brought up here but never seen such a massive concrete jungle all around city. Lot of buildings without any area for greenary, cement roads ..How it will be after 5 years without water, 53 degrees heat, unsystematic drainage n sewage system, pollution. No power plant in n around Hyderabad. Power supplies almost 160 kms away from Hyderabad.Only because of these political leaders who made artificial demand for land got benefitted. People will suffer in coming days

      Temp is still bearable.
      main concern is this - unsystematic drainage n sewage system. This needs to fixed on a war footing. Roads quality needs to be improved immediately. There are patches in every colony road, except ORR.

    Artificial demand has been created in Hyderabad. Even for agricultural lands, is it worth to buy by paying One crore for each acre. I am of the opinion that the prices will go down drastically in coming 10 years. Kindly sit on money and don't invest by paying husarious prices. Those who invest now will never reap profits.     realtors in Hyderabad turned greedy beyond tolerable limit in and around Hyderabad lakhs off acres of land is still unoccupied. with active involvement of government they pushed the prices beyond the reach of a common man not even middle-class people are not in a position purchase 2 bhp flats. the prices in Hyderabad are far higher than that of the prices in America. of late NRIS started realising that investment in America gives scope for appreciation as the interest rates are far lower. where as India interests are far higher, and real estate prices are prohibitively costly.

      LOL, there was a time during the 90s when China saw all this. Now there is a big real estate fall in China because of the artificial inflation done by realtors. 65% straight dip in real estate rates. How the hell can the Hyderabad rates be more than that of Bangalore? Bangalore is situation right in the middle of Karnataka, TN and AP. There is always an inflow of people, excellent weather, educated people and good weekend getaways. What does Hyderabad have apart from tall buildings and few wide roads? The weather is unbearable at times and there is water scarcity at several places. Most of the people in Hyderabad are uneducated and poor. Hyderabad is always overhyped.

    పూర్తిగా అబద్ధం భూమి ధరలు ఎప్పుడు తగ్గవు అందులో హైదరాబాద్ లాంటి మహానగరంలో అయితే చెప్పనవసరం లేదు.ఎన్నికల సమయంలో కాబట్టి ధరలు స్థిరంగా ఉన్నాయి అంతే, కరోనా సమయంలో కూడా ఇలాగే ప్రచారం చేసారు ఏమైంది 20 వెలు ఉన్నది 40 వేలు అయ్యింది. ఎన్నికల తర్వాత మళ్లీ ధరలు పెంచుతారు ఇందులో ఎలాంటి సందేహం అక్కర్లేదు.
    ఇప్పటికే సిటీ చుట్టు ఈస్ట్,వెస్ట్,సౌత్,నార్త్ 100 కిలోమీటర్ల దూరంగా వెంచర్ వేసారు 15000 నుండి 25000 వరకు అమ్ముతున్నారు.
    111 జీవో కి రేట్ తగ్గడానికి సంబంధమే లేదు,కొనేవాళ్ళు కొంటు ఉంటే ఆ ప్రాంతంలో కూడా ధరలు పెరగటానికి అవకాశం ఉంది.
