Does the color show better during the day time ?

@@latifahcalhoun940 During the daytime or when you have a light on, yes the color show up great. When the lights are off at night, it is black and white/night vision. I hope that answered your question.

Is the monitor also wifi connected? And how far is the average range?

The monitor can be used with or without WiFi which is great when traveling. My house is a little over 5,000 square feet with 3 floors, and I’m able to use it all through the house and outside in the yard with great connection.
