I do not like the changes. The chance of learning a plan is so small that after over 400 legendary scraps I have 4 mods of which 3 are 1 star and 1 a 2 star. My son on the other hand has learned 17 with roughly the same number of scraps. That is ridiculous.
It's roughly a 1% drop chance, much better odds than getting a.decent roll with the previous system. My o ly issue is the module cost for chafing them once they'd has been learned 15 is ok, 30 is too much but 60 is beyond a joke
I bought the glaive as you showed on here to get that chance to scrap for bloodied. But after I bought it and learned it, it just makes a plain war glaive with now 3 star perk option as you show????
I said I made it into a bloody legendary. By default it's a normal weapon. Damn, sorry you spent that gold. If you want to learn the bloody legendary you can learn the "Unstoppable Monster" plan because that's default bloody or you can spend scrip to buy 1 star random weapons from the scrip vendor and hope you get a bloody.
No disrespect, but you can stop making your videos so long she sells the same garbage her inventory is on the same boring rotation as it always is. There is nothing new to report. You could very easily make a 30 second video saying minerva here between this day and that day her inventory number is blah blah 😑 and just leave the link to what she has in the description. You're investing way too much time and energy into this crap game by making a 4+ minute video on absolutely nothing.
I used to also assume everybody knew everything, but people reminded me that many don't. The point is to show people who aren't familiar with these items what they are.
maybe i'm just lucky but i think this issue is fixed. i was having the same problem before the update. after it, it now puts all the boiled water in a single stack.
@@AugustoTobias I actually started to notice that today, but it doesn't resolve what's already in your inventory. And, I've been playing with multiple characters with multiple CAMPs. So, I might just be seeing the residuals.
The only way is to do events and activities. You can exchange 400 per day at the whitespring mall or near to gold vendors. Check your misc tab, they're called treasury notes and you might have more than you know. You can also buy up to 300 gold for 6000 caps from the guy upstairs at the wayward.

The numbers? If you mean weapons, then they show up in the crafting or modifying section at a workbench. Or you can press X on PC to bring up inspect mode.
Can anyone clarify something for me? I heard that medical malpractice is a good weapon to scrap for mods, is it true? I got 7k gold because I haven’t really gotten a chance to use it
Yes, most of the named legendaries can be scrapped to learn their properties. The only exceptions are cold shoulder and circuit breaker, they're technically not legendary. I learned the -25 VATS third star from the medical malpractice.
If you use a plasma caster the second star on the malpractice is a must have imo vats enhanced is what it’s called

Yeah, it's important not to expect to learn everything in a week. It's designed to be a long term thing.

Don’t we need dirty water for making tons of soups? It doesn’t work with purified water
The boiler gives you boiled water, which is what you need for cooking.
The well isn't bad, the boiler is just better. But, the multiple stacks of boiled water the boiler produces is annoying.

How do you get gold quickly? Id like the gun but don't see how incsn get enough before its gone..
