China has capital controls but they are encouraging their companies to move lower value added products overseas so they can switch over to higher value-added production. I am American, but I feel that America badmouthing China all the time is all sour grapes. If China is messing up so much, then we don’t need to worry about them - Let them mess up. The reality is that we worry about China because their policies work.
