Thank you for making such a wonderful video showcasing my Grandpa's passion! I have always wished I lived closer to my Grandpa Bob so that I could spend more time in that shop!
truly inspiring. I hope you are able to get a handful of local people interested in the process and perhaps keeping it alive in your neighborhood. Your shop is incredibly well equipped, its like a museum. Keep up the good work
I just bought my first metal lead typefaces the other day for $20. the seller was so happy I bought it after people told her to recycle it. Im 23 years old and know this is something that is disappearing but ill i love it and the history behind it. Computers are cool but theres nothing like touching physical type and inking it
Thank you for posting the video. Brings back happy memories for me. I spent 40 years in letterpress printing.
Something fascinating about the older printing presses-beautiful to watch
So good to see you keeping the craft alive
As a time served letterpress printer (with the same surname) I feel the same about the scrapping of these wonderful machines.

Nice to see the old Linotype once again.
Much more than I had in my shop. Excellent video!
Loved the video!

Great video and I see a lot of love going into Bobs work. I am a retired printer and loved the trade.
Photopolymer plates can add the creative versatility to keep the workshop in business-look at the demand for bespoke wedding stationary for example
I feel your print passion
Very nice video!!
Loved the vid, I am trying to get my Ludlow going now but finding large mats for it is a challenge.
Desiderata, si haré una.

For small jobs adding the third roller is a waste of ink and time. The third roller only needs to go on when printing a full forme.
