My tastes changed after VSG and things even smelled bad to me. Now 22 month out, I don't have as many aversions to foods, but I don't want foods that I used to want before. it seems like what happens is that for the first few months you just won't like certain foods and then you just get used to living without them, so it's just no longer a desire. It's a mind thing. :) You're doing great!!!
you look good Allison! i only lost 3 in my 3rd week too. it's still an UGH tho when I saw it. glad your chemo drug went ok. keep drinking! I'm trying! lol hugs Kami
Oh and a second note. Not so much looking forward to the TOM issues here post-op as I've heard it sucks. I have a blood clotting disorder so imagine cycles from hell on blood thinners already...won't be pretty I expect post-op. We shall see. Hope it gets better for you.

I am still miserable from this TOM crap...lol. I am hoping it goes away again with my new chemo treatment. This one is freakishly heavy too

Oh my gawd! The SAME thing happened to me! TOM twice in 2 weeks! Thankfully, he hasn't reared his ugly head since!
