Thanks for the video Danny, I am currently going through this as the breaker of trust. The hardest part is seeing the pain and hurt I caused my wife and I have gotten stuck at being able to forgive myself. Every time I think of her I hate myself. I know I need to forgive myself but I just can't.
It's going to take time but if you're willing to put in the work, you'll get there. It's been 2.5 years since I came clean about cheating to my girlfriend and we're 1000% better. It'll be worth it when they say "I trust you" again.

I’m going thru this now with the woman I’m currently dating. A couple months ago, before we were exclusive I kissed someone at a party while on travel, and I recently confessed to her about it after previously denying I ever did anything with someone else. We’ve been on the rocks since then, and I keep feeling like we’re on the verge of calling it quits, which I don’t want. Thanks for making this video since it gives me some sort of guidance on how to reprimand something I damaged due to lack of self control.
I was in a long distance relationship, after previous challenges, and I ended up cheating around the same time we ended our relationship, and created a friendship. We both knew our relationship was flawed before so we knew we had to end it, but the fact it ended and I had “immediately moved on” she felt I discounted everything she felt and didn’t care for anything she’d done for me. The reality is I took her for granted, and most of the time the relationship was just me being codependent on her. And I recognize it now, and want to prove to her I can be here for her now. Fully, however that ends up being. I’m meeting her this Saturday for lunch. It’s been a month and a half, and I’m hoping I say what I need to to prove I’m never going to discount her again. But I’m still scared I will. Thank you for the video, and I’d appreciate any more advice you could give.

The sole reason my almost girlfriend stopped dating me, is that my sister's friend was in the city and I let her stay at my and my sister's place and showed her the city without any flirtatious intension, but also without my sister accompany us. My almost girlfriend was also upset that I told her about the visitor just 2 days before that friend arrived.
I sent explicit messages to another girl on and off for the last year and my girlfriend has found out, I hate myself for what I have done and ruined our relationship. I’m not sure she will ever take me back but I feel we have at least got to the first step of transparency. This has happened whilst we are traveling so it’s even harder being alone
I don't agree with even why I did what I did. It felt wrong throughout. It made me sick before she knew, and now she knows, and hearing her, and seeing her pain makes me hate myself even more. I deserve it though. I want to move past it, we work so well, and we worked great. I know it will take time, but this atleast taught me what actions I should take to be better and show her that regardless of what happened. I never got defensive about what I did, I know the choices I made. I do hope her and I can work through it, and look past it, and get back to a good place. Gosh, I am gross. But, I am hearing I need to stop being such a shit. So, I will take the understanding to repair and reconcile. Be a better person, learn what it did to you, and to them. Know how it ruined so much. It was never worth it. I am so sorry.

But since we were official it was good we had a good thing sometimes there were bumps but it was good how do I fix it
