I found out last week that one of my scout leaders supports Palestine and we had a really great but also incredibly sad talk about the situation. It felt really freeing to talk to someone irl about it who's on the same line as you.

Cannot talk to anyone about this so I’m going in the internet and then I saw your comment and I was like I guess this is where I’ll go. I work at McDonald’s and didn’t know they were sort of the assistance but luckily I’ve been off work for mental health reasons for the last couple of weeks and will be till my finals are over. I’ve been trying so hard to quit and it’s becoming really difficult as I’m not working right now and my parents are not supporting my decision (still live with them) I’m looking for a new job but it’s increasingly difficult since I cannot drive and will be leaving home soon (hopefully)
I feel like I’m the only one within my family and friends who care about this issue it’s incredibly isolating. I’ve also never bought from the brands displayed and am relying on Etsy or shop own brands for any essentials I need. subsystems are systems within systems and exist through some sort of separation to the main system (ex. the sub sys alters have low amnesia with eachother but high amnesia with the main sys alters). sidesystems are ramcoa exclusive and are so separated from the other system/s that they are basically another system within the body, not just within a system (ex. having their own layers and innerworld).

I was already in the process of cutting back, switching to different drinks, and a couple weeks ago when I found out Dr. Pepper was a no go, I cut it entirely. Now, at most I have four 22oz faygo cream sodas a week. And I get them by riding my bike across town.
So yeah. Whether you have a caffeine/sugar addiction OR you are like me and enjoy the acidic feeling of soda going down your throat, switch to faygo and pray they don't betray us.

Yesterday I washed my hair and some water got in there, usually cotton swabs get it out but this time it didn't so now one ear hurts and is muffled..
I know that cotton swabs are bad for your ear but that's the only way to get rid of stuff in my ear that works :/
Something I learned when I used to be on swim team is if you press the palm of your hand on your ear for a minute to get a tiny bit of suction, it can help get the water out. You’ll usually have to shake your head on the side though and that can definitely be uncomfortable. Idk if this works for everyone but it personally works for me.

I'm in the same boat as you. I used to have entire meltdowns if I missed my Friday McDonald's. Haven't had it for over a month now. 😭😭😭😭😭 Last week my dad truly came up to me and said "You can tell me anything, you know that, right?" He was so concerned that something bad happened and I wasn't feeling okay cuz I wasn't eating McDonalds. It's that serious.
Unfortunately, I don't have any alternatives. This Friday I ate gas station chicken. When out with my friend we go to local places instead of chain restaurants. But nothing beats a Happy Meal for real.

Our grandma and grandpa are coming to visit on thursday and. needless to say we are a bit Nervous as our grandpa has slapped our ass wjth a yellow glove and when we rebutted saying it wasnt funny, he told us to come back as if we wanted another slap or even enjoyed it. he has not visited for years since and we arent sure why he's able to visit again, we mostly just hope he'll keep to himself this visit. Keep in mind we were 14 and he is in his 70's. We already had bad vibes from him but that made it worse. We have healed mostly from this, but the thought of seeing him again just instills that worry again. - 💣

No! I learned about a year ago that my knee being weird is genetic! I already knew it wasn't normal, but I was pleased to find out I wasn't totally abnormal. My dad and I were watching an old VHS tape and my mom was sitting on the floor. My dad pointed to her and told me her knees used to lock and she'd get stuck for a few minutes until her knees worked again. My knees aren't _that_ bad, but sometimes I have to hit them to get them going again. Loved to find that out.
