I feel like I have been wading through treacle the last few months, I've felt exhausted - physically and mentally. Since the end of April, I have felt subtle changes, shifts in the way I feel, the challenges are still there, but I feel better able to see and navigate them. November 2003 was an interesting time, I remember it well, it was certainly challenging, but ultimately resulted into something very positive for myself and my family.
The way I suggest that you look at it right now, is that you have a ton of potential that you can tap into right now. Other may be feeling on a high, because they've been applying their potential over many years. Yours may be banked up and now it's all coming through at once (which can feel utterly overwhelming, as it happens). Take it one step at a time to assist. You can do this. We're never given more than we can handle at once 💗 Soul is leading
You are most definitely not alone. I have been experiencing extreme anxiety in recent days - for no particular/known reason. Needing to consciously ground on a daily basis, and always feel a bit better after that.
First time watching , wonderful video yes my life is full of twists and turns, back and forth, learning and dealing with it best I can. To know what’s going on in this world right now is amazing and everyone here is a part in that. I feel so much resistance even when all of these wonderful things are happening in my life. Why is this?

Me too. I am in Portugal. Waking up around 3am in the morning and I cannot go to sleep again. Whilst cientists say the CMEs do not affect humans, I don't agree. I work with therapies, namely with Arcturian healing and all my clients are also complaining of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual effects. Hang on in there guys. This ain't gona stop so quickly.
