So nice watching a video where the snakes, pothos and philodendrons are the favored plants as they are my favorites as well. They are definitely the diehards of the plant world. I’m not a fan of the big leaf or rare plants. Thanks for this video.
Not all of us are at home. I am an essential worker and have been working out of the office since this all started. However, since I moved, I have collected a large number of houseplants.
I killed my first philodendron Brazil, And I just recently put my second one back in water. Along with my scindapsus pictus and my marble queen pothos. Going to let them sit in water for the winter, hopefully I can re-pot them in the spring. I think I might be an over waterer 😬 I absolutely love Pothos and philodendrons, but for some reason I am just struggling with these ones. I’m wondering if the marble queen pothos and the philodendron Brazil just have different light/watering needs than the rest of the philodendrons and Brazil’s?? Because I can keep them alive just fine… Just not these two varieties.
Ya I find my marble queens tend to need more attention than my other pothos. Plus I thought one of them was a marble queen but it really was a manjula pothos which in my house needs less watering! I also seem to think my philodendron brazils dont need watering that much till the leaves curl. But luckily all those you put in water do well in water! Good luck on those babies :)

Thanks! I agree with you as well...too "fancy" of plants would just stress me out and thats the opposite of why I have my plants haha
I really really like your choice of basic house plants. I personally like them and appreciate them too. I am not crazy rare plants lover.....🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀

@@devinsonam last time I counted I had 127 plants and 5 propagations. This may not be a lot to some, but it is to me.
