  • In today's video we give you a tour around the Hotel Matamba which we stayed for two nights during our visit to Phantasialand. This hotel is African themed throughout from the entrance, bedrooms and to the restaurant Zambesi.
The restaurant is €36 each without a drink, if you are a fussy eater then it may not be for you. On the grill the offers were Zebra, Ostrich, Crocodile and Bison but we didn't try them at the time.
There are two other hotels part of Phantasialand which is Ling-Bao and Charles Lindbergh.
We stayed in a family room, here's the link to the hotel if looking into staying: www.booking.co...

Thanks for another brilliant video Char and Perry 🤩 What a cracking room in an utterly stunning hotel! We love the decor, and that sink is really great 😊 the climbing/obstacle course in the corridor looks like a lot of fun as well 😃
The theme is so well delivered, we were going to say it is reminiscent of Animal Kingdom Lidhe but it might actually he better!
How did you find the food in the hotel?

Your welcome 😊 This is the first themed hotel we've stayed in and it was well designed 👏🏼 the climbing frame is an added bonus which was good fun 😂 Someone else said about it possibly being better than the Animal Kingdom Lodge!
There was an African themed buffet which cost €36 each with no drink. For us there wasn't as good of a selection of food but it might have been better for others. On the grill they did Zebra, Ostrich, Bison and Crocodile but we didn't give that a go!

@@CharandPerry well it certainly looks like it could give Animal Kingdom Lidge a run for its money at the very least!
That does sound a bit on the pricey side if the selection isn't great! Not surprising about the wide range of meat options though - Germany certainly knows how to do a grill!
