Most enjoyable match up to watch in order ZvT, ZvP, PvT, PvP, TvT, ZvZ Edit: not sure about which is most enjoyable of PvP or TvT when think about it, both are equally fun.
PvP is more likely to be enjoyable to watch. Vulture wars are incredibly boring. TvT is more likely to become a long game which is good but id still say PvP befor TvT
When people talk about Rain losing to light in a one sided game, you cant forget the all time classics such as Savior being demolished by Bisu(who was relatively newish) at the time in a 3-0 upset, or 14 year old Flash defeating Stork 3-0 in under 30 minutes. The upset that was Best vs July(the classic he could never win in a macro game). That stuff happens even to the best players
Same. I don't remember which ASL it was or when, nevertheless a long time ago picked up on his PvP win-rate which was ridiculous and I was rather curious. When I actually saw his PvP it made an impact on me unlike anything else before. In short, the soul crushing precision and strategic finesse with which he dismantled others in PvP made me go like "what the frack did I just saw?" The opponents seemed helpless and were talking about the best of the best and all that in a MIRROR match?
Or he's just trying something new. That's perfectly fine. And mistakes happen :) But I don't see a future with two gate no-upgrade corsair. The damage out-put for the cost evens out at about 5 and is slightly cost-effective at 6. Doesn't make sense to skip it unless you're going for some ee-han timing. The upgrade also makes the accumulated damage more "coned" and specific which is a definite benefit when battling small to medium groups of scourge. Almost all corsair holds/trades start with sniping the first couple of scourge, then letting the cloned-would-be-dead corsair dish out additional damage.
Donating 6 or 7 corsairs for free makes no sense to me, with that amount he could just split em in two groups and delete all scourge, instead he clamped up and facetanked everything. Looks like he was doing something else while playing. Maybe eating.
@@amai2307 yeah i think the major problem here was getting into a situation where scourge can chase him across the map without any goons or anything to take potshots at them if he can keep 2-3 extra corsairs alive for that number of scourge, and have +1, he's in a great spot also maybe after its clear that the corsairs arent doing anything, grab disruption web and throw it down on some hydras or sunkens? it's not the most expensive upgrade and the already living corsairs will have energy for it
@@amai2307 Well, misplays obviously happen all the time. This is ladder, not the ASL. You're allowed to fool around.
