    Oh my goodness, I have been looking for this a long time and is going to save me hours of work as I have 4 more apps to build as they use SP on-prem and infopath forms. I already have the company branding guide with all the corporate colours, similar to your theme layout, and their relevant hex numbers. Can’t wait to get it set up. Thank you so much Darren 👍

    So great !!! It really makes me want to restart all my applications to put these themes in place. I created about ten themes in a row.
    Keep sharing, your work is so amazing !
    You're the only one I know that makes projects from start to finish

    This is an awesome video. I wish you had gone through applying the theme through the entire application using the global variables. That seems like the step that was missing from a design like this.

    This is a great tutorial. You are an excellent teacher. One question from me: How do i select different themes from a dropdown and apply them globally?

    • @PowerAppsTutorial
      @PowerAppsTutorial  10 месяцев назад

    For those who want to change only the radius in the OnChange attribute of the slider:
    Set(gblTheme,Patch(gblTheme,{DefaultBorderRadius: Self.Value}))

    Hi Darren, thanks for share!
    Do you have an complete course of Power Apps?

    • @PowerAppsTutorial
      @PowerAppsTutorial  2 года назад +2

      Thanks for the inquiry, Douglas. I am putting one together and I'll be doing a formal announcements soon. However, there will always be good and freely available content here on this channel too. If there's anything specific you'd like to see in the course or on the channel, please let me know! That's what will drive the content I make a priority. 😀👍

    Thanks heaps Darren, love your teaching style and methodical process. I'm trying this with creating components and so far is working great. With the App OnStart being phased out, what would you do different here?

    • @PowerAppsTutorial
      @PowerAppsTutorial  Год назад

      Thanks for the kind words. :) According this forum post (link at the end), App.OnStart will not be deprecated, just the Navigate() function within it. Have you seen any official Microsoft post or release saying it will be going away? If you have, email me and I'll dig into it and cover it. I know some app creators create a screen that has a loading spinner and they do everything there instead of the app.OnStart. So, that's an option. 😊😊

    Does the Jumpstart Kit contain variables to change the colour of the date picker? Obviously not talking about the chevron, but the background when opening the date picker.
