As a new band of talent continues to raise the temperature.
At the forefront comes Jaron Ennis - a Philadelphia Firestorm who has made a habit out of devastating his opponents.

I had the opportunity to meet Jaron Ennis and he was super humble and down to earth. I was in Philly for one of my friends pro fights and Ennis was in the locker room there. Security didn’t let one of my friends in and he’s a huge Ennis fan, my coach told Ennis he really wanted to meet him but they wouldn’t let him come in the locker room. Jaron Ennis went out of his way to come from backstage and meet my friend. He hung out with us for about half an hour, took pictures and talked boxing. He didn’t have to do that but the fact that he did was awesome and telling about his personality.
Also Jaron Ennis is huge for a 147 fighter. I was shocked at how big he was in person. I’m a 140 amateur boxer with good size for the division and he was much bigger than me. He’s a beast.

Isn’t it weird how unknown he is per his abilities and record? He doesn’t just beat these guys, he makes it look like a movie. He’s powerful, composed, and slick as they come. He’s becoming my favorite boxer.

This is by far one of the best well-edited boxing videos I've seen. Boxing ain't the same no more dudes stay dodging fights but always hollering about being the best. Money has made boxers too soft because they know the moment they actually fight a real fighter that 0 turns into a 1

JEEZ, I have just watched Ennis,s last 7 fights, & i can say categorically that he is going 2 take over the welterweight division, Spence, Crawford, Firmin, Benn, Mikey, & Danny Garcia, Benn, & Arvanesyan, he is going to beat all of them, & b 4 any 1 says who has he beat?, a lot of the guys on his resume had NEVER been stopped, & a lot of them were unbeaten, the best thing is he is only 24, he really is a very special boxer, i can't wait to see him mix it up with all the belt holders, he is sensational.

A;though he hasn’t really fought anybody of note, on paper I think he beats any of the current welterweight champions. I think he’s gone deep enough into his last nine fights that he’s in shape enough. His wins though didn’t come until the 10th and 12th rounds as he fought better competition. It will be interesting to see how he does when he fights guys that can move and bang. That’s the test.
