Chevro at Fancy Food Show in San Francisco

Chevro spicy global trail mix was introduced at the 2019 Fancy Food Show in San Francisco. We caught with Shairose Gulmani, who shares how she and her husband Arif came up with the idea of this Indian-inspired snack. The snack is made of puffed rice that has turmeric, raisins, pistachios and other nuts.
Every year in January the Speciality Food Association holds their Winter Fancy Food Show, where new food trends and new food products are introduced.
