Apart from your closest family the only person who is going to look after you is you. As I've told you before I had a heart attack last September and died 5 times the NHS were incredible then when I got home from hospital you kept me sane through your channel you are a cherished member of my YT fishing family. Good to have you back in the UK buddy. I really hope your health concerns turn out to be nothing serious. I’ve been off work for 3 months with depression and anxiety, but am starting a phased return to work on Monday. It seems like the tablets are finally kicking in. I was going to fish the Holderness coast last Sunday, but conditions were crap, so me and the boy had a couple of hours lure fishing on the local canal. I managed 3 little jack pike and dropped a 4th just as I was lifting it out. It felt good to be out for a few hours. Keep up the great work buddy. I watch this channel because you’re a really likeable guy who catches a few fish along the way too. Keep up the excellent work and massive congratulations on 14k subscribers. You deserve it mate 👍

Very much enjoy your videos Wayne, winter fishing in the uk is a hard slog and sometimes it gets you down and even with all the effort and planning in the world you can still only cat what is there! We are at the mercy of the uk weather/fishing! And that’s without the pressure of trying as hard as you do to pump out the content! Thanks for the video mate. Genuinely your channel is my favourite, even when you don't catch I still really enjoy the content. We all have confidence dips now and then, I'm having one at the moment having learned I am being made redundant after 20 years in my job. There is nothing wrong with having a wobble. We are so lucky to have something like angling to keep us straight and help clear all the other background worries and shite away.

We watch your videos because they're real. Sometimes you catch sometimes you blank (like all of us) As long as you're enjoying making the videos we'll keep watching them buddy. As always I enjoy watching your videos, but you are having a tough time at the moment no matter if it's here or in Norway, but you are showing us why it's called fishing and not catching, I've given up fishing on my boat and the local beaches for a few weeks as there is very little out there and just hope the summer species arrive early, keep the video's going and I'm sure you will be recording some fish being caught soon.

I've been away for a while, I fished the Bristol channel today 14th Feb, thought I was going to blank but was surprised to catch a 1.5 pound bass from sudbrook (divers) on rag worm. Happy me

As always I enjoy watching your videos, but you are having a tough time at the moment no matter if it's here or in Norway, but you are showing us why it's called fishing and not catching, I've given up fishing on my boat and the local beaches for a few weeks as there is very little out there and just hope the summer species arrive early, keep the video's going and I'm sure you will be recording some fish being caught soon.
