I laughed out loud at "interesting developments....it's 3:30" 😆 Too real!! I'm so glad you figured out a path forward with your main character! It's so amazing when things like that click into place!
fun video :) i always love to watch a writing process of other authors :) two weeks may be a big break, but apparently you needed it ;) take you time and stay positive and you will get there
❤❤ as of June 2023 I'm also starting my writing journey. I'm attempting to write for publication. My long-term plans to be a self-published author. Been watching your videos as inspiration because I feel like we're somewhat at the same stage. I'm totally supporting you girl! It's hard here in these writing streets but we got each other's backs 😊
I found your video really entertaining to watch 🫶 I am also working on my novel and will be soon documenting my journey on RUclips as well ☺️ you inspire me
Your cat looks so much like mine but orange-y instead of grey and I am absolutely in love. The way I saw my cat yesterday and already miss her asdkfjasldkfjasdlkf
You got this Kimmy! So proud of you! People are going to eat up the FMC, and how dope she is! Cant wait for readers to see how incredible this project is 😆👏🏼✨💕🤌🏼
congrats on taking the leap in a new business venture!! 🎉 it’s definitely tough at first but you totally got this. wishing for lots of amazing clients to come your way soon!
I do! I rec taking on a project for free if you haven’t done it before to make sure you like it! i posted on ig/twt offering free services at first. for paid i like fiverr (haven’t tried upwork). give yourself more days than you think to complete a deadline. better to be early than late. the main objective is to be as honest, specific, and helpful as possible - explain why you do/don’t like something. i like to focus on plotting, pacing, world building, character development and if their actions are consistent and believable, realistic dialogue, opening chapter, etc. try to balance being encouraging yet honest. feel free to message me on ig if you have any questions! i’m always happy to help! ☺️
I'm sure if I continue to watch your videos I'll find this out but I would love to know how you found your writing buddy. I'm a new aspiring author and looking for a writing community. What tips might you have?
i wish i could be more helpful but she was just a persistent gremlin who adopted me, an introvert, and just decided we were friends one day 😂 however, with others i have found that genuinely interacting and engaging with other’s content (consistently!) in supportive and meaningful ways is best! whether that be on yt, ig, twitter, or writeblr. pick a platform and find some people you’d love to be friends with and comment on their things, respond to their ig stories, etc. consistently supporting others and being excited for their work in return makes them excited for yours! pick a few people you’d love to befriend and genuinely support consistently and just show up for them. have your pics the same on all platforms. they’ll start to recognize your name/pic and become familiar with you and it’ll naturally lead to forming close friendships if they’re the right people for you! be authentic, respond in ways that humanize you and them, and do it relatively often. when there’s a good segue to start a conversation then take that leap and dm them! that’s how all of my close connections began! hope this helps!
Okay the very first part of the video : that's not ADHD, that's very specifically autism (you wouldn't believe the amount of commorbidity, I think there's at least as many people with both as those with only one of them?).
I do the same with clothes. lol
I love guided meditations ❤
