@@carson0728 Shader cache is literally just stored files that your GPU makes whether it be settings on a game or in the control panel. It's a complete refresh, the reason this works is because people have bad settings causing their game to crash.
I also started to get random crashes, so I ended up verifying files, restoring default graphic settings and eventually it started to work, I don't know the exact problem though, you can try to find out what it is by looking at the message that pops up when your game crashes, if it says something like D3D Unreal Error has been lost something then that probably has to do with the graphics settings, try to lower it and see if that fixes the problem
Guys i found a solution. In the video settings there are 2 options on the very botem. 1 is idle powersafe and 1 is Windows energy management i think. I disabled those 2 and i have no crashes anymore.
For me it's just a few parameters to change on the adrenalin software to no longer have crashes. AMD solution to test: on the Adrenalin software, at the top right click on the gear (parameters), The first tab (System) set search for updates to manual. (Audio & Video) AMD audio noise Suppression disabled by default but you can also disable it in task managers and startup applications because it is on active status while it is disabled on Adrenalin. After in (Shortcut keys), deactivated: (Use the quick keys), then go to the last tab (preferences) and deactivate everything: the overlay in the game etc... After in the tabs above go to (Performance) then (Measurements) and on the right: (Select measurements), check the symbol (eye) to hide all the measurements and for my part no more bugs on the Finals. driver AMD: 23.11.1 / Os: win11
Go to windows search bar > system settings > storage > temp files > shader cache > Delete > restart pc
do NOT do this
