To make the brown sugar really fine, you just blend it (by itself) for a few seconds before adding it to the mixture. 😃And swirling the cookie in the bowl is such a cool tip!! Loved it! And the cookies look beautiful! Thank you for sharing ♥

I remember watching Dexter years ago, and the lady was making him pick up Key Lime Pie. It made me need to try it. I loved it! I was making it for every get together. I will have to give these a try since I haven't made key lime pie since going vegan about 6 years ago.
