Thanks for sharing Wewan, love the content. Looking forward to seeing the complete journey! I was planning a similar road trip once my model 3 is ready in June so was looking up and came across this.
All I can say is - go for it! That's something very exciting to look forward to: both your Model 3 and an epic road trip!! The most tedious part of the TransCanada drive is going through Northern Ontario. Besides there is nothing out there, the drive is very long and roads are very winding. Perhaps you have seen my TransCanada recap video, I plan to get a follow up Q&A video posted by next spring, in time for you and others to get ready! Reading your comment motivates me to work on my videos! Let me know if any specific content or information you're looking for, I can try to include in future. Thanks again for your kind feedback! Cheers.
Really enjoyed your video! It is a trip that I want to take, too! Glad you gave some indication on how much you drove each day. Why did you decide to drive instead of fly though? Frunk full of treats was hilarious - what an idea! Looking fwd to more videos!
Thank you so much for the kind feedback! Yes, for a couple of reasons: EV is still a new thing and I want to test out the Supercharger network. We need to visit friends in Vancouver/Victoria/Calgary/Edmonton, therefore we need a car to drive in cities. Haha, the frunk is handy! I use it for food and drink as it's easier to clean if anything spills! Cheers.
Looks like a fun trip. Anything good to see between Winnipeg before you get to Jasper? I am on a road trip from Florida and was planning on doing the US side through the Dakotas. It looks like you took that way on the way back. And which part was more fun? I Canada Part or the US part to go out west. I’m in a model s with free supercharging
Thanks for the feedback! I looked up my cost summary and the cost for one-way Supercharging was ~$200 CAD in 2021. Keep in mind, supercharging cost went up significantly in 2022.

Nice road trip. Do you drive a Model 3 ? SR+ or long range?
Yes, Model 3! Long Range, before the 2021 refresh.
