It's very telling that every person seen in this collection of beautiful film looks a healthy weight. A very low proportion of people at that time were obese. This was predominantly due to diet and good eating of natural and home prepared food. Our generation of "convenient" eaters are slowly killing themselves by eating really unhealthy and chemically altered foods. We need to get off the commercialised, money driven, greedy treadmill and realise that a simpler life is a healthier life. Obviously that will never happen, as every generation seems lazier than the last. Good luck to us all!
