PPL FOUND IT! Best way: 1) In your Iphone go to Settings -> Photos and check to ''keep the original files'' 2) Copy folder by folder (It's a little annoying but it's okay) Done!
Create a hotspot on windows, goto files app on iPhone -> connect server-> connect to windows with ip address of the hotspot (will be seen as Wi-Fi direct on task manager performance tab). Then create a folder on your windows, share the folder. It will be showing in files app of iPhone. Share your files to the folder from photos app. Tadaa it will be available in windows. Much easier process.

This way, they avoid complaints like, “I tried to transfer my files but everything was deleted - you are a very bad company!” Apple just prevents these complaints by saying, “Please use our iCloud or any paid service,” and for most people, this is just okay.. It’s like using a taxi instead of castomizable super fast motorcycle just because they don't know how to ride it. Iphone is trash because people are trash and guess what - I also can’t install a stupid airdisk on my iPhone to transfer data to my computer and free up space on my phone because the STORAGE IS FULL. And also if u ever find out how to clean cach of apps on iphone in a human way - let me know, dude..
did you download the original photo on your phone? if its compress and saved original in icloud it wil nog find it. Turn on original photos on iphone,.
You probably transferring the icloud cropped/compresses photos. Not the full size ones. With Icloud apple did a trick when you have Icloud on, the photo’s are same on all devices but compressed so it will safe phone storage space. When you click on the photo the full resolution photo is selected. But in the general overview the photo’s are smaller. Also whatsapp photos are compressed.

but how does extracting HEIF-photos to windows PC work? iphone 16 has the photo styles that uses HEIF exclusively, and they need to be converted to .jpg somehow.
Windows photo app does not detect all photos and videos for importing. Recently I had to backup my photos and videos. My iPhone has 9000+ photos and videos but windows photos could detect only 5000 photos.
downloaded videos in 60 fps 4k and on pc are in slow motion and full hd..... it doesent work as expected i mean transfering videos is useless, cuz no one want videos in slow motion
The second method, it adds the photos but it is all Scattered here and there, the images are not organised by date and time, Apple does this shit on purpose

My link from airdisk app doesn't work on PC. We are on the same network but just fails to load on PC, don't know why.Some ideas ?

Windows itself has no write right on apple devices so you must use a cloud like transfer thing.
Whatsapp sharing got better so that's an option too

Live photos are only effective shown on apple devices because they understand the data, other devices see them just as a photo with an extra file.
