Building Web Native Apps with Capacitor 3

Right now I am doing a WebXR (VR+AR) project. Webview doesn't support it but Chrome does.
Are there any suggestions about how I can implement my project on a hybrid environment?
There was a project called Crosswalk. It can help Cordova run native web pages but that project is no longer updated
Is Capacitor going to inherit that too in the future?

Hi, I have faced lags in ionic-angular capacitor app, in the web browser(pc) there is no lag but on the mobile device, it shows lag. is there any solution to make 60fps or lag-free animations?
