From Brooklyn Nine-Nine, the NBC series revolving around Jake Peralta (Andy Samberg), a New York City Police Department (NYPD) detective in Brooklyn's fictional 99th Precinct, who often comes into conflict with his commanding officer, the serious and stern Captain Raymond Holt (Andre Braugher). The coldest stare in the history of television!
I watched that moment too many times. The way he looks at him like got ya, but then twists his face. Then pulls back to take in his enemies despair, disbelief, and anger is amazing and hilarious.
It's nothing compared to the smile he's giving him after he deletes the photo. That's the same look my cat use to get when he was done playing with the mouse and decided to just finish it off XD

The way he looks at jake after saying no one will ever believe is literally the best second/moment in the entire show. Its mixes both the seriousness of holt and his bitterness. And we love it and live for it!

Personally, I think the cold opens were the best part of 99; super condensed humour, not bogged down by subpar story arcs. I would happily pay for a collection of just the cold opens.

Holt joining the team in small, childish bonding activities is always a joy
Amy being late was my first gut laugh with the show, and cemented Captain Holt as my favorite character.
If I remember correctly this was improvved and the reason it cuts away so quick was the other actors just lost it laughing and they kept it in.

"The.. Oopsiedoodle!" Best line, best scene, hands down, in all of B99 and maybe television. Andre Braugher's cadence with which he portrays Holt is one of the best character acting I have EVER seen.
