With the vitamins are they big or small? I can't swallow big pills so I need mini or gummies. So how big are they?
I would say small to medium! But definitely not big! They are also gel capped which I think helps! Totally understand!

I love garden. of life women multi. I have tried ritual - not a fan - I get nauseous and have to take them separately .. then I have to supplement with biotin . too pricey to have to buy a separate supplement for me . just my take - love your videos by the way !

When I use Deva brand vitamins they make my pee yellow for quite some time. The vitamins my husband takes does the same thing. We both agree it's the vitamins b12 in them. Your body will absorb what it needs then you will pee out the rest. Those deva brand ones do have a green color outside too and also wonder if its due to that has well. So that's happened to me too.
Isn’t that the funniest thing?! And luckily I guess it really does matter and isn’t harmful I was just so surprised at first since that never happened with the Ritual ones! But man that smell… I just can’t! Lol! I’ve heard the Deva brand before!! Overall are you happy with them?!
@KimberlyFlanagan I've used them off an on over the years. Right now I take Wholier multi. I think this is similar to Ritual I think. Ive only been taking them for 2 months. I can't tell anything special is happening over other kinds. I've used Ritual as well. The Deva multi I do really like and need to buy again is called Deva Tuba Prime multivitamin & mineral.
