- Anthony Edwards has already shown he has the talent to be a franchise player, and as a former first overall draft pick, has proven that was the correct choice in the 2020 NBA draft, as he’s easily the best player of that class, and just might be the best player drafted this entire decade. Good enough, but for these reasons I believe he has the chance to go down as not just that, but one of the best shooting guards of all time, and barring a career altering setback like significant injury, he’ll likely go down as a top 5 shooting guard of all time as well, somewhere behind Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, and Dwayne Wade. Guys that have all won multiple championships, with James Harden and Allen Iverson who haven’t, in contention. He’s already changed the culture in Minnesota with plays that shade the image of the greatest player of all time, leading to many fans believing he’s actually a descendent of the goat. Winning a championship for a franchise like the Timberwolves or multiple may dare I say, make him one of the greatest players of all time like he already believes he is. Defensively with the athleticism he has, along with the desire to be the best in the game, one can only believe he’ll improve there as well. I haven't even watched this video yet and I already agree with it. Anthony Edwards is a dawg. He has the mentality. No excuses, no whining about where he is, no whining about who he got as teammates, no whining about "needing help", willingness to llay defense, wants to beat his opponents not be their friend. Jordan had it, Hakeem had it, Duncan had it, Dirk had it, Jokic has it. Just give me what we got, I'll make it better and we will make this work. You can see it.

I’ve been know Anthony Anthony Edwards was going to be a young superstar since high school and college I love he’s hard work ethic he’s mamba mentality and dedication
He’s def on that path, just gotta keep growing. My favorite thing about him is he has an old school mindset. Something we haven’t really seen since maybe Kobe: “I’m frfr tryna unalive everybody”. Just have to see how his career plays out.
