Basic necessities like milk, biscuits are all accessible in our nearby kirana store . 10 minutes delivery feels like something which we don't need but still we are using it out of nowhere.
Not 2-4 hours but can keep it 1 hour in metro cities
They deliver food in 30 minutes so they can surely deliver groceries in 1 hour

The dark stores are located within 0.5 km to 1 km. And in which it is very much feasible to deliver within 10 mins.Also, their target customers are people who don't care about 15-30 rs delivery charge but want the order asap.
And the main point is they don't give 10 min delivery guarantee and increase the estimated arrival time if there is traffic.

Look at it from the other perspective. Customers never demanded an 8 minute delivery. It was proposed by the apps/stores. It was their choice. Then it's again the choice of the delivery guys whether they want to work with such stores/apps or not. They can choose another job and thus not risk their lives. As a customer I am happy with 30 minute delivery or even a 2 hour delivery if I need something quickly. It's not the customers who should be worried for this situation, it's the apps and the delivery guys call.

great video, coming from a guy who orders from swiggy almost everyday but good to see u creating content and taking ideas from personal experiences...first i thought the video would also cover the behavior of these food delivery apps staffs during night-time and incidents covered in vlogs but everything was explained nicely without targetting anyone!
No one is really delivering in 10 mins nowadays and they dont claim it to be.... nowadays ye normally 15-20 min lgte hai day me and 10 -15 min night me from the store which is 2km far

As a person who lives in banglore I can confirm it takes a minimum of 20 mins for groceries to reach my home from these 10 mins grocery apps even tho their outlets are barely 2-3 kms far

Even these companies often call Delivery Agents as WishMaster or Delivery Partner but not as an Employee so that companies won't have to pay the Employee Benefits like Insurance, PF, Basic Pay & all facilities.

As someone who lives in the vicinity of 0.3km of Blinkit's dark store it still takes them around 15-25 minutes. Butit'ss worth mentioning once I ordered a single item and it got delivered within 4-5 min. Astonising

I live in banglore, they show 6mins to 10 mins max sometimes 4 mins and it atucally comes in 6 mins to 10 mins without fail anytime. It works
I use 10 minutes delivery daily and ik its tough for delivery guys but it’s amazing how we get anything delivered in 10 mins

Great topic... 10 min delivery is not required at all... one can order groceries 1-2 hours prior according to their meal plan. Itna bhi asocial kya banna ki paas wali kirana store tak bhi na jao. Just one suggestion for Harsh, pls keep the background sound lower, it distracts and shifts our focus from what you are saying.

I lived in Delhi for a few months and in early morning they would deliver whatever I wanted in 6-7 minutes , it took around 15-20 months around noon and 20-25 minutes in evening
