My bio is pretty random: In short, I am a professional singer/songwriter from Toronto, Canada who moved to Manila, Philippines which sorta became my Hollywood because my first RUclips channel MIKEYBUSTOSVIDEOS grew popular due to Filipino comedy videos. Meanwhile, I'm also a big biology geek who is obsessed with ants, so I built an internationally operating ant business supported by another popular channel called ANTSCANADA, and well basically, today I travel and tour around the world doing what I love so I wanted to start this vlogging channel, in hopes to encourage you guys to follow your dreams no matter how random, by showing you what happened when I followed mine! Mikey, a word of caution about that style of cage: If you aren't going to be home, find a way to lock the roof doors. A friend recently lost her macaw because she was pushing the roof doors up and got her head caught between them. JoJo was a very curious bird and had been watching her mom and dad open it up so she could play. Just something as simple as a flip lock added to it will prevent any chance of that happening to Laguya. Didn't mean to be a downer, just felt you needed to be aware. It IS a beautiful cage!

Welcome Home Beautiful Sweet Ligaya to your new HEAVENLY VILLA. It was definitely memorable to see Papa Mikey stay with his daughter Ligaya downstairs on the couch during the several days with his Lovely Ligaya during this new transition. We have the antiverse now we have Ligayaverse! 😁💕 I remember when my Daughter got her big girls bed... I thought, I’ll just sleep there with her so she’s not afraid... 3 years later. I’m on the floor. So I just let her go back into her toddler bed. No problems. When she grew a little she asked for a big girl bed herself. Maybe Ligaya isn’t ready to leave her toddler bed... Just yet?

YEA! Love it! She'll get used to it, it's just different from her other room. With mine, when I upgraded hers, she had a couple days of feeling lost, too, so the covers I used helped, and I also found a Y branch that I placed bottom to top diagonally between the parallel perches so she could get to the different levels. (good sturdy manzanita wood)
Lovely new pad very fit for your bean. I'm getting one similar as an upgrade to my bean cage. I hope liguya enjoys her new safe home.....

As I’ve said before, I live on the Gold Coast, Australian, and as such I have swam with dolphins from my childhood, every weekend trip to Stradbroke Island. Once I went for a walk with my partner to the water way, and walked the length of the peer and back. The entire way we had a baby humpback whale follow us. By the time we finished are walk all the news crews had turned up and a rescue boat to help the baby find its mother. Good new is mother and child were reunited. If you love dolphins and whales, seriously come to the Gold Coast and just sit by the beach or even the housing canals have lots of dolphins. It’s amazing.

We live in Tennessee, USA very near The Great Smoky Mountains. There's a place in the park named The Chimney Tops that has a large stream with huge rocks you can jump across. At one point there is a split in the stream. My daughter was about 3 and I had her out in the middle of the split, which was slow going because she wanted to jump herself. When we got to the middle we stopped and was resting and all of a sudden I looked up and a black bear cub had joined us!!! I flipped out and started throwing my daughter from rock to rock...lol!!! I just knew mama bear was going to show up and see us as a threat to her baby!!! We got back to the bank, mama never showed, the cub eventually wandered off. I thought this human mama was going to have to fight a black bear mama, each of us protecting our babies!! 😜
Ligaya's new castle should be named Valyria!!
I suggest to call Ligaya’s new home *Renovatio* which I believe means renewal or total rebirth (Note to reader: I stand corrected if some of your references says otherwise). I believe its only fitting because in this vlog, Ligaya is anxious when she was placed inside her new home-in a similar situation in real life. When we are faced with changes, we tend to defy the shifts that is happening. The reason to this, is because we are not familiar with the new conditions and we could not predict what would the future hold if we allow change to happen.
So the point in calling Ligaya’s new home *Renovatio* is to somehow remind my fellow MabuhaySquad that change in itself is something one shouldn’t be afraid of; as long as we have each other we can empower one another as we face challenges in our lives. ♥️✨☺️

I've had two Brown Bear within a hundred feet of me while I was mountain biking up on Tiger mountain and Taylor mountain. They just looked at me and slowed walked away. They were so beautiful. One was a very dark brown and the other was chestnut red.
I love your cliffhangers, it makes me guess on what would be the surprise or the continuation.. Most of the time my guess is correct including this one and that cheesecake addiction! Ligaya's new cage is so nice :)

You know, Ligaya basically spent her lifetime so far in that old cage and that was really all she knows until now with this new cage. It's like suddenly moving to a new house and everything is not used to and strange. Poor Ligaya doesn't feel safe inside yet. I hope she will get to enjoy the new space and eventually can call it her own. Mikey you are being a very good dad for staying with her through the night so she feel safe.

We had a black bear in our back yard once.. we have a major problem with coyotes but most of the time they scare easily. We just have to watch our pets.

Thanksgiving prep and cleaning complete! Anyone old enough to remember Hee Haw? " Hey Grandpa, what's for supper"? Starting at noon the Nibbler nook offers pickle & olive platter, deviled eggs, deli meat & cheeses w/ crackers, fruit and veggies w/ dips, banana & pumpkin breads, assorted nuts and cookies. Dinner at 5pm, Turkey and stuffing, mashed potatoes & gravy, greenbean casserole, sweet corn, cranberry sauce, yams, biscuits w/ butter and honey, sparkling cider & Yellow tail wines. Of course we can't forget the apple, pumpkin & pecan pies! YUM YUM! *followed by a food coma*

I've heard of parrots trying to escape that type of cage from the top when it's closed, and getting stuck/crushed/suffocating between the doors.I don't know if it has a lock, but if not, definitely find a way to clip or tie it so it can't be opened by her from the inside!

OMG I almost cried when I saw Ligaya sleeping on the top of her new cage. It brought back memories of the big new cage I got my African grey. We’ve been together now for 35 years and the cage is still indestructible. My bird loved the new cage from the start cause it was so much bigger. But I think putting a cover on the back of it will make her more secure with it. Give her that den feeling. Good luck with it. My vote is for the White House.

Mikey I would try to get a smaller perching stick, a size she can actually wrap her claws around- this is usually what gives my parrot confidence. A firm grip is helpful, our condo is the smaller version of what you have. The cleaning trays are very helpful and I use white distilled vinegar to clean and wipe the cage down-. It's non toxic, inexpensive and does the job 😊

Bears are omnivores and opportunistic. They usually eat berries if they're black bears. Others will eat fish or veggies. Plus most are easy to scare off when they wander into your property.
My suggestion for Ligaya's new home name: The dragon's dome!

I was snorkelling in a very nice reef in Mexico and a huge sting ray swam under me for about a minute. I kept my cool but man what a rush tho. It swam from behind me into view I didn't see it coming
