    This was so straight to the point and helpful! I’m definitely going for the root booster. ❤

    A tutorial with the booster would be helpful! I own and regularly use the original revlon but have a long bob and am considering buying the root booster for more volume, subtle curls.

    perfect timing! my grandma is interested in one of these types of “blow dryers” because she’s 82 and tired of using a brush and blow dryer. she asked me for help deciding on one but i admittedly don’t know that much about styling tools as i typically just let my hair do whatever it wants but i love your channel and this helped a lot! i think the root booster is what will work best for her bc of her short bob, love of volume, and brush type. i wish it had a cool setting but she is used to very different salon/styling experiences than we are because she lived through many decades of harsher settings and tools. thanks for the help! :)) also i’d love a “how you style with the root booster” vid. :)

      The Root Booster does have a cool shot setting but I don't find it particularly helpful. I hope your grandma enjoys it!

      For an Older person, say 82, they may not be so able to use devices such as this one…..which gets REALLY hot. Depends how well your grandma could handle a really hot device, without burning herself.

      To add…..your Grandma may get on alright using the cool setting.

    This was so helpful! I just bought the root booster because my hair is a bob and I am contemplating if I made the right decision of buying the root booster instead of the original version. Please do a tutorial on how to use it. 😍😍 May I ask which heat protectant do you use? Thank you so much!

      I like using the Gisou Heat Protecting Spray or the Bumble and Bumble one

    I had both but I prefer the revlon. Dyson’s keep pulling my hair. Less smooth to brush through because it has more bristles and is much smaller.

    Babe, I already have the original Revlon blow dry brush (the big pink one) and I also have thick long dark hair. Do you think it’s a good idea to blow dry my hair with the original one (to reduce time and damage) and then to curl with the root booster when it’s dry? Then it will fast dry and I will have the bouncy curls. what do you think?❤️❤️❤️

    • @MaeSitler
      @MaeSitler  2 года назад +2

      I think that’s a great idea!

      No, just use the booster if you want. More time under heat to blow dry and curl with a product that gets just hot as a curling iron. So to minimize damage, air dry to damp and then user the booster to finish drying and set curls

      When she says it takes longer to dry it’s because you are grabbing less hair per section, so more sections to do. But the hair strands themselves will have similar damage to the revlon original brush. I have both and it takes me about the same time once you get the hang of it and don’t have soaking wet hair

    Hello! I was wondering if would you recommend the Plus one for short hair or if it is too big ?

    • @MaeSitler
      @MaeSitler  2 года назад +1

      I wouldn’t if your hair is very short.

      I think the Plus will allow you to style your hair faster because of the brush size.
