I love how he takes a short, easy, 3/4 swing. Well within himself. We can learn from that!
Thank you for helping us set up proper realistic expectations
15 yards and not short sided! Enjoying this series.
a 15' ring around the green is a HUGE target to aim at!! only thought is solid contact.
Great stuff
Thanks for watching!
Hi David, great content and really helpful in practical terms. Where do you get the data from and can anyone access it ?
It is data I have personally developed over the last 10 years, observing my lessons and creating the statistics from hundreds of lessons I have taken on the course. When applied people really see the difference as it helps them maintain a calmer mind set throughout the round.

I Agree 100%.
I’ve had achieved my lowest scores consecutively since watching your videos. The data certainly gives me a more realistic expectation when I can use it. And the “maintainer” really has changed things for me.
I think you should document the data somehow. Ever considered writing a book ?
what do I need to do to get 150 yard using my 8 iron?
It depends on a number of things such as the loft on your clubs, shaft length etc. There is also the matter of carry vs overall distance. 150 with an 8 iron is low handicap territory, so probably a swing speed of 85 to 90 mph. 7 iron would require a clubhead speed in the range of 75 to 80.
