Not checking down to ETN when he was wide open on second and 2 at the end and instead whiffing on a bomb to Ridley and having the drive stall out has been a problem all season. Amazing that Lawrence keeps doing this and they haven't identified it and addressed it. Hero ball is great if you can recover and convert if it doesn't work. They haven't been able to for most of the season.

*The 2023 Jaguars honestly remind me of the 2008 Jets:* start 8-3 with a nice young team and capable franchise QB, the QB ends up getting injured, but the team keeps starting the QB before he’s fully healed up and starts choking games as everyone else in the division catches up, then loses the final game against a former starting QB hellbent on not only playing spoiler but redeeming himself.

But nah, eliminating a rival from the playoffs like they did us just last year was POETIC. They were the darlings of the NFL--especially their "prince" of a QB--and we took a baseball bat to their kneecaps. LOVE IT. We'll still have a top 10 pick. We'll still have $85 million in cap space. And Tanny and The King ride off into the sunset with vintage performances and another great memory as Titans. Titan Up indeed!

The first half goes to the titans offense. The second half went to the titans defense. The titans run game genuinely looked sensational for that first half. They got more yards per run than most teams expect to get on passing.

I still remember last year when some of the Jacksonville fans talked a lot of s#it online when the Jags eliminated the Titans from playoff contention in Wk 18. They rubbed that in our faces, made hateful comments about the Titans' team, gloated in the Titans' "choke job," said the Jags were our "Daddy" and stated the "Jags will be running the AFC South now!!"

Soon you guys are going to have to give Lawrence a contract that will be absolutely massive. Like salary cap crippling. And while I may end up being wrong, at this time, he doesn't seem to be anything more than a mid-tier talent. I wouldn't put him top 10 even.
Teams best chances are when they have a legit QB on a rookie contract, which allows them to go all out on the rest of the roster those first few years. Like the Eagles have done the past few seasons, or like the Texans should do the next few if they're smart. That's any teams best window to win a ring.
If your QB ends up being a legit top 3 or even 5 talent that can elevate the entire roster, like a Tom Brady or Patrick mahomes, giving out a contract that size can still be fine. But Lawrence just doesn't seem like he's it. So, I get a feeling you guys probably will be finishing last the next few years, just like most of the time you've been a team 😂
