@Sam those "animal experts" are either something you made up or some pseudoscientists cuz no animal bahaviourist worth their degree would say that an animal isn't capable of understanding at least some human speech

It's as if they hate the idea that non human animals can be sentient or have a degree of intelligence greater than what we have attributed them to have. Bunny is far more intelligent than those people are.
I have been hoping you will reply because I always wonder how Bunny does when she is away from her buttons and can't communicate using them. Does she get frustrated? Does she seem comforted by having them or stressed out without them?
When you teach your dog to talk you never in your wildest imagination do you think you will get as far as having to argue with them once they learn.., Moreover, to teach in general your positively reinforcing the button pushes so negatively modulating correct button use is difficult and way more involved than JUST saying yes as you jump to get or do that thing...
I don't know how anyone could claim she doesn't understand what she's saying. Her intelligence continues to blow me away every time.
