To show so much love and good emotions to everybody as they do is what a real man do! The muscles don´t make a man. It is what men have in the heart that show what a man is. You really need to learn proper grammer in your video titles. "When" is past tense, "surprising" is present tense and the two do not belong together in a sentence. Either title your videos "Celebrities Surprising Their Fans and Making Them Cry" (present tense) or "Moments When Celebrities Surprised Their Fans and Made Them Cry" (past tense). It will make you sound more professional than your existing titles do. Nice clips by the way.
